Easy walking distance to the ocean and the Bay. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Great sandwiches at the HUB. Easy drive to the Zoo and Seaworld.

The owner was fantastic. Great location plenty of parking and super convenient to restaurants grocery stores beach and the bay also just a hop skip a jump to Seaworld the airport downtown San Diego, Best location ever. . There with my family. We just loved our stay!!

Lee is a tremendous host!:) What an amazing location in the middle of the bay and the ocean and restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and great atmosphere! Amazing having parking spot in the garage! Having an outside area on EACH floor full of sunshine was wonderful. Thank you

Our stay in San Diego was great and in big part to Lee and this house. Close to just about everything. Walking distance to Belmont park for the kids, great restaurants, and shopping. Lee was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Our host, Lee, was fantastic. The best host we've had with a rental property. Great attention to detail, welcomed us personally, and immediate response to all inquiries.The property was great, as is the location. All of this made for a great trip. Would highly recommend.

This was the most comfortable place to stay for our big family. We had a blast. We walked to coffee and the bay and beach. It had been our favorite vacation house we have stayed at.

We had the best stay!!! This place was so perfect. We had more than enough room for a family of 5. The 3 bathrooms were perfect. The best part about this place is the location. One side is the bay side with calm water and jumping fish and the other side is the ocean side where all the action is. Everything was so close. Lee was the nicest host. He met us there and walked us through everything and even let us check in several hours early. He was super chill, made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He helped my husband for his Toyota Tundra in the tiny garage. There is an ice chest, boogie boards chairs and a wagon for the beach as well as towels, so you’re all set. Less things to pack. I definitely would book this same place again. We made so many good memories during our stay.

The property is well located, within walking distance to restaurants and both the beach and bay. My family enjoyed our stay. The owner was available throughout out stay and made sure we have everything we needed.
