Det är designat för att kunna dra nytta av naturligt ljus och består av stora fönster med utsikt över en trevlig trädgård med pool samt en trevlig terrass (70 m2). Den har enastående solsken och ligger i en landsmiljö nära stora namn på vingårdar som St Emilionais, Pomerol. Från St germain du puch kan du besöka charmiga källare och upptäck Girondes charm och dessa stora vinodlingar.

Traumhaus mit Garten und Pool in mitten der Natur

Die Lage des Hauses bildet einen guten Standort um all die großen Weingüter besuchen zu können. sowie Bordeaux und den Atlantik. Das Haus ist modern und sehr großzügig. Die Außenanlagen ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht etwas Gewöhnung bedürftig. Die Eigentümer bewohnen zeitweise das Haus selbst. Alles sehr sauber und Veronique immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. finden aber den Preis etwas zu hoch angesiedelt.

Great villa in beautiful location

We have had a fantastic stay here, cannot fault the house, it is spacious, clean, and has everything you could need particularly the kitchen etc. The pool is chilled and the gardens are lovely . It is a perfect location to explore the region , we did several wine tasting tours and explored Bordeaux, St Emilion and Libourne. Michel was very helpful with anything we asked for . Would recommend this property .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ländlich Lage

Das Haus ist sehr hell und großzügig geschnitten. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Check-in war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Im Notfall ist auch der Nachbar (Verwandtschaft des Mieters) jederzeit hilfsbereit und zur Stelle. Pool ist super. Aber man muss wissen, dass er Salzwasser enthält - meinen Sohn hat das erst irritiert, hatte dann aber kein Problem beim Tauchen und Planschen. Fahrrad (eher für Frauen ausgelegt) ist super um zum Bäcker (super leckete Croissants) zu fahren. Die Gegend ist gut geeignet die Weingüter mit den ganzen Châteaus zu besichtigen. Aber auch Bordeaux oder die Dune de Pilat ist mit dem Auto gut machbar. Das Städtchen Libourne ist sehr nett mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und v.a. am Freitag zum Markttag zu empfehlen. Hier gibt es auch ein großes Schwimmbad für Kinder (in der Vorsaison allerdings nicht täglich voll geöffnet).

Erholsame Tage in einem tollen Ambiente

Für uns war die Lage des tollen Hauses sehr gut. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die nahe Umgebung gut erkunden. Ohne E-Bike sind die Steigungen allerdings anstrengend, aber zu bewältigen. Kleinere Ausflüge nach Bordeaux etc. Ein tolles Haus, das auch rollstuhlgerecht eingerichtet ist. Ein schöner Garten zum Relaxen. Uns fehlte es an Nichts und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Une belle villa, fonctionnelle, propre qui reste fraiche malgré les fortes chaleurs de l'été. L'accueil de Michel et son épouse a été très chaleureux; nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Just Fantastic!

Wow, what a fantastic rental property. We just spent a wonderful week here. The house is fully equipped and well laid out. The host’s cousin Michel and his wife (super nice people) who live across the road was very helpful but respected our privacy. Michel met us on the first day and showed us around the property. Communication with the owner Daniel was great, he checked in by email just to see if we were ok. We highly recommend this rental, the Poynton family. Wow, quelle fantastique propriété locative. Nous venons de passer une merveilleuse semaine ici. La maison est entièrement équipée et bien aménagée. Le cousin de l'hôte, Michel, et sa femme (des gens super gentils) qui vivent de l'autre côté de la rue étaient très serviables, mais respectaient notre vie privée. Michel nous a rencontrés le premier jour et nous a fait visiter la propriété. La communication avec le propriétaire Daniel était géniale, il s'est enregistré par e-mail juste pour voir si nous allions bien. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, la famille Poynton.

Super séjour au sein de cette magnifique maison

Nous avons passé 10 jours avec notre famille au sein de cette agréable et magnifique maison. Tout est laissé à disposition: vélos, équipements cuisine, livres , jeux, documentation sur les environs.... Tout était réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances reposantes. Très bon contact et bonne communication et Merci à Michel pour son accueil et sa sympathie :-)

Tolles Haus in ländlicher Umgebung nahe Bordeaux

Das Haus mit Garten und Pool hat uns super gefallen, die Fotos und der beschreibende Text sind nicht übertrieben. Das Interieur ist sehr gut durchdacht und etwas Besonderes. Geschirr, Besteck und Zubehör sind im Überfluss vorhanden. Die Lage in einem kleinen Ort nahe Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion und dem Médoc macht es zu einem idealen Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch den Cousin, der im Haus gegenüber wohnt, war sehr herzlich. Er hat uns auch mit Insider-Tipps für die Region versorgt. Insgesamt eine ganz klare Empfelung.

Maison encore mieux que sur les photos, tout y est à l interieur. Excellent echanges avec le proprietaire et tres bien recu par le cousin Michel qui a de bons conseils sur le region. La piscine un.bonheur.... Nous y reviendrons et conseillons cette maison . Merci encore pour tout.

Excellent, high quality accommodation

Beautiful, modern home in a lovely location. The pool was great and a godsend in the roasting temperatures. Very safe and secure for children. A real sun trap (too hot at times- a properly shaded seating area would have been nice) Surrounded by vinyards and with easy access to Bordeaux. Highly recommended.

Fantastic large modern property in vin yards

We had an amazing week at this property and did not want to leave. The house was beautiful, modern and well equipped. My 3 children loved the pool and the gardens, it is well set out so you can watch the children and make sure they are safe. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable, the bathrooms are great and the communal living room area and open plan kitchen are fabulous. There are plenty of windows and glass sliding doors that give the place a light and airy feel and it has high ceilings so it doesn’t get too hot. All the windows have electric shutters which are great for keeping the place cool and secure. The pool and deck area are really nice where you can look over the vin yards in the distance whilst sampling the wine that is actually produced there, perfect.

modern big and very nice house, very well equipped, surrounded by wine fields

We (2 families = 4 kids, 3 adults) spend 2 very relaxing weeks at the house. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the big and well equipped house. The pictures give a good and realistic impression of the house. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath, 2 additional bedrooms. 3 baths in total. A big fully equipped kitchen, a nice terraced incl. plenty of deck chairs/sun loungers and a barbecue grill. The house is located between 2 villages and about 30 min from Bordeaux and 20 min from Libourne. The very nice Bakery at the entry of St. Germain du Puch is 3 km away. There are plenty of vineries around. Good to know: several local wines are sold at the carrefour in St. Germain du Puch. Special suggestions are the wineries Degas and Lestrille.

Perfektes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben in St. Germain du Puch eine Woche Familienurlaub verbracht (Eltern mit drei erwachsenen Töchtern plus Partner). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig und perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts: Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden und im weitläufigen Garten gibt es genügend Liegestühle etc. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und lädt mit dem wohntemperierten Wasser jederzeit zum Schwimmen ein. Der Empfang durch den Cousin des Vermieters war sehr freundlich. Er stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch der Vermieter hat bei einem kleinen Problem mit der Spülmaschine sofort reagiert und sich umgehend um die Behebung gekümmert. Insgesamt verlebten wir dort eine wunderschöne Woche und haben fest geplant wieder zu kommen.

Génial!

Nous avons, pour la seconde fois , pu profiter d’un séjour très agréable dans cette très belle villa où tout est prévu pour vous rendre la vie facile et confortable. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil du cousin Michel est toujours aussi sympathique. Les nouveaux aménagements extérieurs sont magnifiques. C’est un lieu idéal pour déconnecter, profiter de sa famille et de la piscine chauffée ou … pour « visiter » les ressources viticoles extraordinaires de la région.

Séjour inoubliable pour toute la famille

maison spacieuse, très bien aménagée avec un bel extérieur très bien entretenu et une piscine appréciable avec la chaleur. Environnement calme au milieu des vignes mais pas loin des commerces malgré tout. De quoi passer de très bonnes vacances!!!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage/ Superbe maison

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem kurze Wege nach Bordeaux und Libourne, sogar ins Perigord gelangt man nach einer guten Stunde Fahrt. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, schöner gepflegter Garten und aus dem Pool waren unsere Kinder fast nicht mehr hinaus zu bekommen. Superbe maison très bien équipée, dans un endroit très calme. Les enfants ont surtout beaucoup aimé la piscine dans le très joli jardin. Encore un grand merci à Michel pour l'acceuil chaleureux.

Tout est parfait!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location : - la villa est magnifique, très agréable à vivre, parfaitement entretenue, - l’environnement est calme et reposant, - même si l’endroit semble isolé, le village à proximité présente toutes les commodités nécessaires. We are a Belgian family that works in Madrid. My wife is original from St. Germain du Puch and all her family lives there, so we have decided to build a house in this lovely region. We try to spend as much time as possible in it and we hope that you will enjoy your stay as if you were at home. This house has been built as a pied-a-terre for our family and someday it will be our house after our retirement. We have two children of 17 and 10 years. I work in the financial world and my wife is in charge of managing this little world of ours.

This house has been built over a property of my wife's family, where she spent much of her holidays as a child. Her wish was to build a house in this lovely town. It is house that combines modernity thanks to its architectural design, with the past, present in much of the furnishing, tastefully refurbished. The house offers splendid volumes and its wing shapes will make you daydream. We hope that you will have excellent moments here, enjoying the light and the swimming pool. The region is magnificent, so if you like to stroll around the countryside or in the vineyards, this place is heaven for you. After a long day visiting the castles or wine cellars, you can enjoy the peace of this countryside house and spend your evening preparing delightful meals with your family. We have created an open kitchen that allows everyone to participate on preparing or just savouring the delicious family meals. The vast living room is open plan and it has an amazing fireplace that creates a cosy and revitalizing atmosphere. We have built 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, so you will have no problems in the morning.
