Desde el 15 de marzo hasta el 15 de octubre, es posible que esta unidad no pueda registrarse ni salir un sábado debido a una disponibilidad más limpia. La persona que alquila la unidad debe permanecer en la unidad. Alquiler no puede ser dado como un regalo.

Apartamento frente a la playa con acceso a playa privada y ducha exterior. Este es un segundo piso con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina de hermoso diseño. Hay una parrilla de carbón al aire libre en el estacionamiento y estante para bicicletas. Hay plaza de aparcamiento para coche.

Seaside está a poca distancia en bicicleta, donde puedes comprar en Farmers Market a partir de las 9 am los sábados por la mañana en el Anfiteatro Seaside durante todo el año. Beautiful Vacation

The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t be any more perfect, right on the beach. Watch the sunset each night from the porch. A perfect beach vacation spot!

Wish it had been better experience

Location good and view is spectacular. Condo VERY clean. Communication with owner prior to stay was good. However, we had several issues that were not able to be resolved during our stay. The television in the living room did not work at all therefore we had to watch television in the bedroom. We really did not want to sit in the bedroom at 7 p.m. however this was the only way we could enjoy several football games that we wanted to watch. The ceiling fan in the bedroom could not be used as it was very noisy and that room gets warm even with AC on. The balcony door did not lock without much effort on my husband's part. We were on the second floor however there was construction going on around us and I would not have felt safe here alone given the fact that I could not have locked the balcony door myself. The owners are VERY particular, which is fine, however when we contacted them about these issues (they did get right back to us) they were unable to take care of them. They also stated that they were aware of the television and balcony door prior to our stay which was upsetting. We were just given excuses to why they had not been addressed and an "I'm so sorry". Nothing was done to resolve the problems. It doesn't seem that they are local or close enough to address issues when they arise. We felt that given all the rules and the fact that they had us acknowledge these rules several times prior to our stay that we should have been taken care of better when issues were brought to their attention.

Spring Break

My husband and I wanted a quiet getaway with a beach view and this property did not disappoint! There are only 9 units in the condo which made us feel like we had a private beach most of the time. The condo was exactly like the pictures. We will be coming back to this unit again for sure.

Amazing location and view!

Right on the beach quiet location. Good place for a couple. Don’t let all the “rules” distract you from renting. They are there for a reason. The only thing that could be upgraded would be the seating. One couch and hard chairs. If someone is lounging on the couch the other person is stuck with hard wooden chairs and the couch wasn’t that comfortable for 2 people, it needs updating. The bed was comfy but bedroom is not set up to watch TV. The TV in the room is on the side of the bed instead of the foot of the bed which is awkward.

Pristine Condo

This property is the cleanest VRBO property I have ever stayed in. The view of the beach and ocean was AMAZING. It was in a great quiet location yet close to wonderful restaurants. My husband and I were so impressed with the condo and fell in love with the Seagrove area. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

Very nice condo if you don’t mind endless rules.

This is a very nice condo, however there are so many rules that come with it, that you end up feeling on edge trying to remember all the don’ts. My two daughters and I drove up to the area and I was dropping one daughter off at a bachelorette party for the weekend and we happened to arrive a little too early to drop her off (from our 9 hour drive), and I felt like I couldn’t even show her the place I was staying because I was told several times that NO ONE was even allowed to step foot into the condo other then my younger daughter and myself who were staying here. Then we get here and there is an entire page of rules on the fridge as well..ie make sure we do not leave dishes in the sink, make sure to take all garbage out to the street when we leave, do not leave any doors open (ie balcony) for fear of bugs flying in and so on. Then we get to the bathroom, and there is a sign about not using certain towels for our faces, and that if we get anything on any towels we will be charged for new ones. Honestly, it’s a pretty condo with a beautiful view, but I have never encountered feeling so unwelcome renting a property to stay in. We have rented plenty of places where we couldn’t wait to go back again, unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Great stay

This property was very clean and made for an overall “easy” vacation. Easy access to the beach, easy access to restaurants, and an easy reservation/check in/check out process. Lynn was extremely attentive and very gracious. Definitely recommend!

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay in Seagrove Beach. Lynn does a great job of making sure the condo is well taken care of, the private beach is well-managed, and your stay is everything you want it to be. The room is perfect for a couple of people and access to the beach is just a few steps away.

What a fantastic find!! This rental is absolutely perfect for 2 people. As soon as you open the door, you can see straight though the condo to the beach. The views are breathe taking. Everything about this condo and experience was perfect. Cannot wait to book our next trip.

Beautiful View!

Perfect size condo for two to have a wonderful, quiet beach vacation. View was beaituful and access to the beach so close! Everything was as stated in the description. The only recommendation would be to the replace couch as it was bit uncomfortable. Other than that we plan to return!

5 Star Vacation

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The condo was in fantastic condition, updated, and extremly clean. My wife and I stayed in Leeward I, Unit 4. The views from the condo of the ocean were amazing. It was so nice to have a short 1 minute walk down to the beach where chairs and an umbrella had already been set out. The surrounding area is quiet, but has so many shops and restaurants nearby. We even walked to breakfast one morning. There is a terrific seafood market nearby if you want to cook meals in the condo. This is a great place to stay for a nice, relaxing vacation with all the amenities nearby. No doubt we hope to stay here again. -Matt & Jennifer

Peace and quiet on the beach

We escaped the Minnesota winter this February for a week at Seagrove Beach. The condo is a clean, one bedroom, fully furnished place with a direct balcony view of the beach and ocean. The beach is incredible and more on the private side as there are not any resorts nearby. We were able to take a long walk on the beach for a meal out, and shopping is close by with a Publix down the road. Know there is only room for two and the place is set up that way. The owners communicated well and were very prompt to return emails and answer questions. The whole area - aka 30A - has a relaxing vibe which we needed.

Beautiful property - not so great management

My wife and I showed up at the property at 4:00PM because we wanted to check-in as early as we could so we could get our day started. Upon our arrival our code to get the key wasn’t working and there were a bunch of cleaning bags outside our door. After a few minutes we knocked on the door and the person cleaning it answered and let us in. It looked like they were mostly done, but they immediately started packing up all of their supplies right when we got there which made us wonder if it was truly finished being cleaned. They left after about 10 minutes of packing up their supplies. We then emailed the manager to let her know this happened and we received a defensive and non-apologetic response. Her solution was to offer us a 10:10AM check-out since we weren’t able to start unpacking until 4:10PM. She didn’t apologize once which was dissapointing since we are her customers. Lastly, if you are staying more than a couple days I suggest bringing extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels since only 1 of each are provided (we were there for 6 days).

What an amazing trip we had. Everything was just perfect!! Will definitely be back!

The views are amazing!! The place was perfect! Very close to places to eat and things to do. Literally on the beach! Chairs with umbrella setup and ready to enjoy before you ever get up!!😊😊. Will be back for sure!! Owners of the place were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great vacation or a quick get away like we did!!
