The open living and dining area is designed for relaxing after a beach day, with comfortable seating, shiplap details, a 50-inch 4K Ultra HD LED TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the turquoise water beyond. The private balcony is one of the standout features of the home, offering 180-degree views where guests can enjoy morning coffee, sunset drinks, and even dolphin sightings offshore.

The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances, cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, baking sheet, wine glasses, and all the essentials needed for easy meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo for guest convenience.

This beachfront condo includes air conditioning, heating, internet, cable TV, Smart TV, ceiling fans, hangers, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Safety features include a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, emergency exit, and enhanced cleaning practices.

Guests will enjoy direct beach access, beachfront views, a private balcony, outdoor seating, private entrance, elevator access, garage access, and nearby shopping, dining, cycling, fishing, golf options, water sports, and water parks. The property is also suitable for children and infants.

Parking:

Guests are granted one parking pass per unit. To get your parking pass, you'll need to go the HOA office on the first floor. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. On-site parking is available for your convenience. Please note that effective June 1, 2026, the resort charges a parking fee of $35 + tax. This fee is paid directly to the resort via a secure link that will be shared with you prior to arrival.

About the Community/Property:

Seagrove amenities include: An outdoor heated pool that is open 9am–10pm, 2 charcoal grills for guest use, and a fitness room open from 6am–10pm.

Beach Chair Rental Service: For beach chair rentals, call ahead. Beach Service is available 8am–5pm, March through October, for daily and weekly rentals.

Golf Cart Rentals: For golf cart rentals, call Southwind's Beach Service. Let them know that you are a One Seagrove Place guest to receive our discount.

Bike Rentals at One Seagrove Place: Guests can conveniently rent bikes from Redfish Rentals, our authorized on-site bike vendor. Only Redfish Rentals bikes are permitted on property. Unauthorized bikes locked in common areas may be removed.

We developed a relationship with Redfish Rentals because they offer professional service and well-maintained bikes! Onsite rentals for adults and children (plus golf carts and specialty bikes!) Plus discounts for One Seagrove Place guests! Easy booking via a QR code—just scan the one provided for your unit or ask the front desk for assistance.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
