We invite you to come and enjoy the natural beauty of Chautauqua Lake at this cozy traditional cottage. New floors throughout cottage. Deck facing the lake shore. Smart TV and WiFi included! Monthly rates are available during the off-season. Inquire for details.
This immaculate accommodation will surely keep you coming back. Relax on the large end of the dock, spacious shaded lawn under large maple trees or by the lakeside campfire. The National Comedy Center is a 15 minute drive away in downtown Jamestown. Chautauqua Institution, a gated Victorian lakeside arts community is only a 10 minute drive away-where concerts, lectures, drama, opera, ballet and a variety of classes abound. The quaint village of Bemus Point is one mile down the street..fine dining, unique shops and festive night life. Laundromat and convenience store are 1/8 mile down the road. Historic Midway Park is the 15th oldest, continually operating amusement park in the nation and is close by.

If you use the extra bed blankets, please leave them on the bed so we know that they were used. Please leave bedding in the beds.
You cannot dispose garbage from cleaning fish or game on the property. This includes leaving it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cozy and comfortable cottage

We used the cottage as our base while attending a week-long visit to Chautauqua Institute. It is only 10 minutes away from the Institute. The cottage is near Bemus Point, where we frequently went for ice cream and other supplies. Both beds and the couches in the living room were very comfortable, and the view of the lake was lovely.

Wonderful lil getaway!

We wish we booked an additional night! The house was very clean, the beds and couch were comfortable. We were able to walk into town for dinner. The National Comedy Museum was fantastic! We also enjoyed live music at Southern Tier Brewing Company. Our host was communicative and available, but not invasive or overbearing. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Labor Day weekend at Lake Chautauqua

Perfect long weekend!
