Relax and unwind at Tooker Villa La Jolla, a spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bath villa featuring the luxurious layout of a traditional Mexican Hacienda, located on the hillside of Costa Azul in the private gated community of La Jolla Residential in Los Cabos.

This 3,500 sq. ft. villa sleeps up to 12 guests and offers an ideal combination of private suites and large communal spaces. The property features 5 master suites, giving guests excellent bedroom privacy while still allowing everyone to gather comfortably in the main living areas.

Located inside La Jolla Residential, a 24-hour gated private community, guests also have access to 1 private tennis court and 2 pickleball courts, a popular amenity for active guests and families.

Bedroom configuration includes:
• 4 bedrooms with king-size beds
• 1 bedroom with a queen bed
• 1 bedroom with two twin beds that convert to a king

Outside you'll find a large private pool, spa, and waterfall features, surrounded by tropical landscaping and covered outdoor patios designed for relaxing and entertaining.

The host was awesome. He happened to be there at the time. He responded very quickly to any concerns we had and set us up with good people. Great concierge to deal with also. We opted for the welcome package and also opted in for having the fridge stocked for us. It was a slice of heaven and a very restful vacation. Highly recommend!!

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The house, pool, and hot tub are incredible - great for a large group. Big dining room table and poolside hangout area were perfect for us. The large kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and spacious. Very nice to have ensuite bathrooms in 5/6 bedrooms. Chris set us up with a personal chef, in-home massage therapists, and grocery delivery service which I would definitely recommend. Chris also put us in touch with a local bar where we hosted a 50 person birthday party. It was a great trip!

Family Vacation in San Jose del Cabo

Awesome house in a gated community. Beautiful pool, easy drive to many attractions. short drive to Cabo San Lucas, but nice to come back to a quiet house after some busy days. Our host was ready with lots of ideas to make things smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Great family get away

We had come down for a family vacation and this house was a perfect set up. All bedrooms but one had their own bathrooms and were upstairs away from the kitchen downstairs. The location was very central but recommend renting a car. The grand children loved the pool and hot tub. Had a problem with it at first but owner had it fixed immediately, very prompt service from management.

Super nice neighborhood, awesome pickleball courts, very secure gated community, close to downtown San Jose del Cabo and the awesome restaurants, close to Palmilla beach, very nice pool and hot tub area, fast wi-fi, beautiful brand new giant dining table, great privacy for five of the six rooms on the property they all have their system separate outdoor entrance and bathroom) with everything you need to cook, including a nice gas barbecue, with beach chairs and beach towels and nice pool chairs and umbrellas - if you're looking for a very safe and quiet spot for a large group of people who all want privacy, this is the one. It feels like the host tried to think of everything and the local property manager was never more than a few minutes away to help us.

Cabo Delight

This property was perfect for our family of 9. The rooms are separated giving everyone privacy. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The two 8 year old girls were in the pool every day. It was well worth the price to have the pool heated. The hot tub is very large. The house is in a beautiful and safe community and is close enough to Cabo for enjoying various tours and close to some lovely beaches.

Incredible house!

There were a total of 10 adults and one child, and this house was perfect for us. I have never known of a house with five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Everyone had their own private space. The house actually has six bedrooms, four of which have sliding glass doors. It is located in a great area, making it an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The best part is that it’s just three minutes from Playa Costal Azual. You won’t regret renting this house, which is situated in a gated community and has enough space for your entire family.

Great fit for multiple couples or family reunions!

The photos really don’t do this house justice. Each of the main five rooms have their own private bathroom, and the last room has a bathroom nearby as well. This house is also great for pools days; our group was here for 8-9 nights and we spent two whole days not leaving the house because there wasn’t a need, beer and food was delivered and the pool was amazing. Highly suggest you let the owner know what type of experience you’re looking for; local, touristy, in-between. The suggestions that you’ll receive on the main form are wonderful, but they can give more specific options to make your stay more your style. Also highly suggest utilizing the concierge, he’s so friendly and helpful and always set us off in the right direction. The neighborhood was just far enough out of town to be away from the chaos, but quiet, clean, and secure. We walked in and out at night and never felt unsafe. Thank you for letting us have your beautiful home for a week; we’ll be back to enjoy it again!

Great location, very helpful host

The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores if you have a car. You could walk to some restaurants but it’s on a hill and it’s a steep walk back up, so having a car was great. We had a welcome party where we arrived with fresh made ceviche, excellent margaritas, guacamole and salsa with chips. It was so good and really started the vacation off right. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom and shower, which was perfect for our large party. The pool is a great feature - we swam every evening. The pool was cleaned before we arrived and during our stay. There is a beach umbrella and cooler and lots of beach towels which came in handy. WiFi worked great for everyone, and our host had good connections in town for things we needed. We also did the in house dinner (we chose fresh local fish and bbq chicken with mashed potatoes). The food was amazing! Irma is such a great chef! We had leftovers the next day and everyone ate well.

I am a Southern California native with 2 adult children that still truly love going to Cabo and enjoying the beauty and all it has to offer. We loved to rent quads and wave runners, do the zipline, stand up paddle (SUP), boogie board and just relax in the sun. Snorkeling, Scuba diving, surfing & golf are all AMAZING! Cabo is only a 2-hour flight +- from Southern California.

Why they chose this property

My first trip to Cabo was in 1994 Jimmy Buffet playing $1 beers & $1 fish tacos on the beach and I was hooked, Cabo is wonderful. I just loved everything about it, easy to get around, great weather, etc. In 2004 we drove from Southern California with our kids (7 and 9) to Cabo. After 2 weeks of looking at real estate on our very last day we found my Villa in La Jolla. I put in the pool and other upgrades. We have since purchased the 5-bedroom villa right next door. I live part time in Cabo and love all of the amenities and fabulous restaurants.

What makes this property unique

One of the unique benefits of our Villa is 5 of the bedrooms are ensuites. Everytime you come out of one of the bedrooms you are outside on the terrace. This makes the main living area and kitchen self-contained and you can't hear any noise if people are up late or early in the kitchen. Guests can rent both of my villas for family reunions, generation trips or wedding groups. Since they are side by side it makes if very convenient and we can sleep up to 22 people. I hope everyone enjoys our villas as much as I do!!!
