Fully equipped and nicely designed, 106 Oceans of Amelia is a crown jewel in the Destination Amelia Vacation Rental Collection. It has recently been refreshed with new paint, furniture, smart TVs, outdoor seating, decor, lighting, kitchen tools, and brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area all face out to the Atlantic Ocean and serve stunning panoramic views thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch the tide come in from the private balcony or the air-conditioned comfort of your new swivel and rocking chairs, using the ottoman when you wish to prop your feet up.

The Oceans of Amelia complex on Amelia Island only has 42 units in the building, so it is often very quiet. Our property looks toward a beach that is rarely crowded but is still a mere two miles from downtown Fernandina Beach. This bright, spectacular condo is all one level inside, with the main living space and dining area on the oceanside of the unit.

The condo was professionally refreshed in spring 2025 to feel modern and feature a fresh coastal theme. Bring your devices—there is upgraded internet, cable/steaming services, and plenty of places to charge your phone or laptop, like the new USB charging lamps in the living room.

The dining area comfortably seats six (4 at table and 2 at high-top counter) and the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware items you need for preparing meals. The equipped kitchen includes a new coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and new dishwasher. If you prefer dining out, you can partake in many unique dining options within a 10-minute-walk or a short drive.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and attached private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a second full size bathroom off the hallway. Fresh bed and bath linens are provided to guests, along with beach towels. A washer and dryer are both available in the unit for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy access to the updated Oceans of Amelia complex pool located on the ground level. Beach access is also just steps away up a flat boardwalk. Golf is available at many nice local courses. Bike rentals and kayak tours are offered through various operators.

Amelia Island offers a wide variety of fun activities, including biking, hiking, deep sea fishing, shopping, putt-putt, river cruises, and historic sites like Fort Clinch and the Amelia Island Lighthouse to explore. Of course, there is also fantastic shelling and plenty of sharks teeth to be found on the shoreline. Amelia Island is truly a wonderful place to vacation and it's only about 35 minutes to the Jacksonville Airport.

**PARKING: Please note that parking is limited in this complex and this property only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area.
