This Romantic Cottage is Simply a Cut Above -

This cottage is truly for the discriminating vacationer, very romantic and beautifully appointed. As you walk in you will notice a mosaic inlaid with flip flops... so inviting. The open floor plan feels spacious with volume ceilings throughout and is oh so comfortable. The living room has two leather couches that are right in front of the gas fireplace...bring on the ambiance! The living room also features a large flat screen TV with both HDTV and Firestick service. The kitchen is well appointed with a lot of counter space that won't disappoint anyone who loves to cook. We have both a Weber charcoal grill and a Weber gas grill for our guests to use. We have also tucked in a full size washer and dryer. The bedroom suite is very spacious with a cathedral ceiling and has a very comfortable king size bed, 2 night tables, 2 dressers, a flat screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The full bath is to die for with a whirlpool and both indoor and outdoor showers. This home is quality built with upgraded textures including oak floors, tumble marble, & limestone accents. Unlike many Vineyard rentals, we have added central air and a garage (for those who may bring their convertible, or motorcycle). The garage also provides a great covered spot for your bicycles which we strongly encourage you to bring as we are located just off the bike path. Two people maximum, no pets, & non-smokers only, as we try to keep this property super clean and allergen free. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket and many more conveniences are included. Perfectly located approximately 1 mile from town (Edgartown) & 1 mile to South Beach, right off the bike path. Relax on the front porch in a pair of Adirondack chairs or flex your muscles at our private basketball court which doubles as a pickleball court. Positively immaculate. We never rent our main house so my family is in tune with your enjoyment of the property. Once you rent this gem it will be hard to go anywhere else! PS: Currently all VTA (Vineyard Transit Authority) buses are free until 9/30/25. So if you don’t wish to take your car over, you can easily get around. Busses also have bike racks on the front so you can ride to another town and bike around it.

Great romantic stay

Awesome little cottage for a great weekend away! Went to the Vineyard for a wedding and it was so close to all the sights! Would suggest for any couple looking to enjoy time at Martha's Vineyard

Clean spacious cozy place

Great spot for a couple. Plenty of room, big bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Also close to beach and downtown Edgartown. Host was very helpful.

Fantastic place to stay as a couple. Convenience of a kitchen, washer, and dryer. Great location to beach and restaurants. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful place

This is an absolutely beautifully maintained property and the location is great for access to Edgartown. Karen was great to work with throughout the entire process. We had a very refreshing time visiting all the things Martha’s Vineyard has to offer. I’m very happy to strongly recommend this to anyone looking to visit the Vineyard!

Great vacation cottage

Fully stocked guest cottage with outdoor shower and indoor shower and whirlpool. Halfway between South Beach and Edgartown center. Great location! You are responsible for laundry if you use the owner’s linens.

Cozy, Clean Cottage

Cottage was very cozy and clean - and most importantly had a well stocked kitchen to allow for meal preparation. Grounds are very well kept and the location is perfect to get to both South Beach and the center of Edgartown. Karen was great in allowing us to check-in early on arrival day and the end-to-end process was seamless!

Beautiful cottage

Such a beautiful cottage for a Martha’s Vineyard stay. The home is very clean and nicely designed and furnished; kitchen is well equipped for cooking and grilling; location is great, about 2 miles from the beach and close to Edgartown. The owner kept in touch and we appreciated how responsive she was to any question we had about the island. We visited in late April, and although that is not technically “high season,” it was a lovely time to visit. We had great weather; many shops and restaurants were open; no crowds or traffic and lots of parking to be found; and the beaches were empty for those who like beach walking…I highly recommend the island and this property.

Great Guest House in Katama area

Had a wonderful time on Martha’s Vineyard. This guest house was great, clean, well-equipped and the host, Karen, was responsive and I enjoyed my stay while on the island. It is a great rental for one or two guests maximum in the Katama area near South Beach, close to Edgartown and Morning Glory Far. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting this guest house. I will definitely rent it again.

Fabulous cottage!

We had a wonderful week staying at Karen’s home. Pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful inside and out. Karen was extremely responsive to a minor request. We recommend staying here.

Our 1st VRBO Stay, and Def Not the Last!

This guest house is a beautiful home right off of a secluded dirt road. The property is extremely comfortable, and it felt like home away from home. Karen was a great host that was very thorough with ensuring all went well. The pickleball court and basketball goal were huge advantages! Every room is fully stocked with anything you need. Will def return in the future!!

Beautiful cottage with everything you could ask for!

Karen’s cottage was not only meticulous, but beautifully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly ask for! My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in the Vineyard, and the cottage made it extra special! Its location was minutes away from the beach, shopping and the quaint harbor area, and getting around was a breeze. Every detail was thought out, and Karen was a pleasure to deal with! I wish we were still there! Highly recommend this beautiful cottage!

Our Week in Katama

The Katama cottage has large rooms, beautiful high ceilings, a lovely bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower room, separate room for toilet and his/her sinks and vanity areas. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, dressers and closet. More than enough space for 2 people. Kitchen fully stocked

The Perfect Place!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful cottage for a week for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. While it was a bit cool due to the time of year that we visited, we enjoyed exploring the island. The cottage is located within walking distance to Edgartown, a lovely little town that we thoroughly enjoyed. We rented bikes one day and spent the afternoon exploring various parts of the island. The home was beautiful and perfect to relax in. We loved everything about our stay!!

This home is beautiful!

This home is just what we hope for, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, totally every thing we needed was there! Oh, did I mention a very comfortable king size bed! We only had bikes with us, but found that everything we needed was close enough to ride to. Karen was a delight to work with! Will return!

Fabulous rental!

We have vacationed on the Vineyard several times, but this is the first time my husband and I were able to get away alone. As soon as we arrived at this beautiful cottage we knew that it was something special. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated, and sunlight filled the rooms. The king sized bed was very comfortable. It was very well stocked with everything that you might need for a comfortable vacation. We loved it so much that we have already reserved the same week next year!

Wonderful little cottage for two

While the weather could have been better for our early October week on the island, the cottage was perfect for us as a home base to explore the island as well as settle down for the night. Gas fireplace is wonderful for a chilly evening and everything is set-up to relax and enjoy your time there. We cooked in a few nights and everything we needed we had. Cottage was in perfect working order and ultra clean and area was very quiet and conveniently located. Highly recommend!

The perfect getaway

The property is amazing and its the perfect house for a romantic couples getaway. The house is 1 mile from Edgartown and about the same distance to south beach. The house is located where at most, a 35 min drive to the other side of the island. Theres plenty to see and do on marthas vineyard. Karen the owner kept in contact with us throughout the weekend asking if we needed anything. We will definetly be back!

The perfect escape for two.

The "Cottage" is a wonderful escape for two! This is a new property that is in excellent condition and is furnished with everything that you could ever ask for. The Cottage is located on a quiet side street headed out to South Beach so the location is perfect, close to downtown Edgartown yet removed enough so you are not sitting in traffic. The owners were extremely easy to work with, we highly recommend this property and plan to return in the coming years. ~Betsy and Mike

Nothing but good things to say

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, the rooms were large, and the very high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was outstanding - whirlpool tub, walk in shower, double sinks, separate toliet compartment. We had a rainy day and really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The location offered quiet and privacy but was convenient. We are only Sunday bikers, but in a few minutes we could bike on a bike path to Edgartown (charming architecture, cute shops and good restaurants) or to South Beach. The property is managed very professionally, and the communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Everything was labelled so the house was easy to settle into. We loved Martha's Vineyard, want to go back, and hope we're able to stay in this cottage.

If you are looking for romance, or just a well appointed and immaculate place in a fabulous location...this guest cottage is for you. Two people only, no pets and non-smokers. This policy has kept this place looking gorgeous. Close to everything and right off the bike path. The fact that the majority of our guests return year after year speaks to the desirability of this rental.

Two flat screen TVs, two person whirlpool, beautiful tiled shower, central air, gas heat, gas fireplace, fully applianced kitchen plus a full size washer & dryer, king size bed, cathedral ceilings, covered front porch, large out door shower with hot & cold running water, garage, all hardwood & tile floors, all on one level. Huge yard, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of cooking utensils including a lobster pot. This is a great place and we are so proud of it. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
