Pictures were accurate. Got there and literally handed the keys. They knew who we were. Any questions we had were answered quickly and politely. Location was perfect to the beach, grocery store, and other attractions. Highly recommend!

The place was great to live in. The pool was large and great for swimming and the personnel who were working at the property were some of the best that you can deal with. They were extremely friendly and very help full.

Why they chose this property
Intimate location with only 19 units on 2 floors !!! Quiet, but next to the beach and downtown. Spacious housing luxury fully equipped with large swimming pool, kids bath, jacuzzi, extremely well fitted out (slide, waterfall, numerous deckchairs, parasols, beautiful lanscaping) with common covered space giving access to the BBQ and the playing and rest room.
Restaurants, small food shops, post office, farmers' market (feria) on thursday and friday, medical center just few minutes away by foot. Supermarket (Mas por menos) 10 min. away by foot.
