We have 2 1/2 acres of tree-lined semi-rural property. This recently-renovated in-law/granny unit is on the side of our house and has plenty of privacy. There is ample parking right outside the apartment and it has a small, fenced garden area with a bistro table. Fully stocked kitchen. Very modern but with a few victorian antiques and mid-century bedroom set. Unfortunately this place is not wheelchair accessible. It has a dedicated water heater, w/d, and wifi network.
