Nihilani Townhouse unit 19 A is located in the resort community of Princeville. This plantation style townhome complex completed in 2006 makes it one of the newest developments within the Princeville Resort community.
Spacious and beautifully decorated, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath unit is a fully equipped townhouse with many features, and amenities. Approximately 1,875 square feet, two story floor plan is a professionally maintained vacation rental that's hard to beat.
Nihilani 19A is a three- bedroom vacation rental that accommodates 6 comfortably. The sleeping quarters consists of the Master Bedroom Suite with a king bed, flat screen T. V. , large walk in closet, full bath with tub and separate walk in shower, and private lanai. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, shared full bath tub with shower, sliding closet, private lanai.. The Third Bedroom suite features two twin beds , walk-in closet. A fourth room is a office room, can be converted into a infants space.
The spacious living room area has a large comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV and sitting area, great for lounging, a movie night, game playing or just hanging out after a full day of activities.The kitchen and dining room are open and the fully upgraded gourmet kitchen features all the utensils you will need for a home cooked meal. Relax on the covered lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink to watch the sunset . Other amenities include: air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens, towels, beach towels, beach gear, 2 car garage, guest parking, DVD player, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Our pool area includes a large cabana for BBQing. The free form pool is beautiful with a jacuzzi and shade for the keikis.

Our family of 6, two adults and 4 teenagers had a wonderful experience staying here! The layout and space was perfect! Place was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could need, to include beach stuff (nice chairs, boogie boards, surf board, coolers). The community pool and hot tub area was great too (clean bathrooms on site). We highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more for our week in Princeville. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place in Princeville

Very clean, lots of kitchen tools and appliances for cooking, a wealth of beach/pool accessories and toys. The owner graciously allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours on the morning of our checkout, which is as appreciated. We all enjoyed staying here.

Kauai Paradise

Everything was great about our stay in Kauai...the grounds and surrounding area of the condo is just stunning. The beds were great. The condo had everything we needed. The only thing we would comment negatively on is the road noise....but everything else was top notch. Would definitely stay again!!!

Tutu's Getaway was perfect!

We had a fantastic vacation at Tutu's Getaway with our family. The property was perfect for us, the condo was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, especially the short walk to the gorgeous pool. The location was what we were looking for being just a short drive away from Hanalei Bay, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had on incident of locking the key inside the house and the host came over quickly to let us back in. We would definitely stay here again if we brought the same amount of family members, or friends! Thank you for having us!

This condo and entire complex is well kept and beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for friends and family. Close to golfing and really nice pool and barbecue area.
