Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect, spotless from the moment we walked in, stocked with beach gear, and set in an amazing location that made exploring the island effortless. Everything felt well‐kept and welcoming, and having chairs, snorkel sets, and umbrellas ready to go made beach days even better. It was exactly the kind of place that makes a Kauai trip feel easy and memorable. I will be returning to this location in the future.

Great location, good for a family, and clean

The condo was in a great location for my family. The condo was spacious, clean and had many amenities to enjoy such as beach chairs, bikes, cooler, and umbrellas. The pool and spa were enjoyable. Highly recommend it if you are staying in Princeville.

Great Location

We spent a week in Kauai and this was a great place to stay. Roomy, clean, quiet and well appointed. We ate out for some meals and prepared a few ourselves.

Great stay for families

Really wonderful communication from property staff. Good location in Princeville, walking distance to the grocery store (a little over a mile). Nice pool, very spacious unit also! Very quiet property too.

Beautiful condo in paradise!

This condo is much larger than we expected…. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped. This was our 15th trip to Kauai and everything was perfect. Condo is great location we just can’t wait to get back! Mahalo

Top notch stay

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, loads of light in the condo with a very airy feeling. The kitchen has everything and then some. Plenty of room to spread out and extremely clean. We had breakfeast on the lanai daily listening to the birds. Fast and efficient communication too. If its available book it, you won't regret.

Wonderful time on the North Shore

This is a beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 Lanais. Pool is awesome. Lots of beach supplies available for use in garage... Beach chairs, umbrellas, bogey boards, 2 beach cruiser bikes. We loved it! Ave would stay there again.

Holiday in Kauai with Family

We love Nihilani. Perfect location and a quiet well kept development. There were a few small issues with condo, but overall it was very comfortable. Nice to have AC that worked well. Plenty of space, lots of toys in the garage for our use. Kauai is such a beautiful place. Aloha.

Perfect location to explore the North Shore

Great stay as this very clean, comfortable and well-furnished condo. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool and hot tub with access to grills in the common area for cooking was an added plus. Convenient location to all beaches . . . and walkable to Queen's Bath which was great because there is otherwise limited parking. Large grocery store (and other great shops, especially for Kahala Hawaiian shirts!) and a great coffee shop (Kilauea Bakery) were 5-10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Hawaii Adventure

We had an amazing time. I will definitely stay at this condo again and also refer friend's. It was such a beautiful location. Very quiet and close to some restaurants. We even went to the farmers market in the neighborhood. We talked to several people while using the pool and hot tub. Everyone was so friendly. We ate out on our deck each morning and the trees snd shrubs were so lush you didn’t really see other people on their decks.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Close to Hanalei town, great restaurants, and several beautiful beaches. The property was beautiful, well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was large and open and well equipped for cooking meals as a family on the nights we chose to eat in. Check-in and check-out without any issues and the staff at Na Pali Properties checked in on us before, during and after our stay to ensure we enjoyed our vacation without concerns. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a property on the north shore of Kauai.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was amazing!! It was extremely spacious. It had more than enough room for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and even more! There were several beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, ect.. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful Kauai beaches! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. The property management company was very helpful and prompt. I highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!
