Mickey’s Family Bungalow - Awesome Game Room!

Mickey's Family Bungalow is a 4-bedroom vacation villa with 3 full baths located in a gated community just 2.8 miles from Disney World! It has a private, southern facing, heated in-ground pool with an attached hot tub surrounded by a screen enclosure and privacy hedges. This villa features an open floor plan with everything updated in style, including tiled floors, granite counter-tops, a tiled back-splash, 6 flat-screen TVs and a climate-controlled game room with two pinball machines.

The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August.

Emerald Island Resort charges a non-refundable resort fee of $20 per vehicle. This fee must be paid before you can be issued a gate pass. The gate pass allows you to use the automated lane at the gate. THIS FEE IS NOT CHARGED BY US, IT IS CHARGED BY THE COMMUNITY IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COMMUNITY AFTER BOOKING. You will receive a message regarding payment about 30 days before arrival after you confirm receipt of your door code.

Mickey's Family Bungalow is a beautiful vacation rental villa 5 minutes from Walt Disney World in the gated community of Emerald Island in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including 2 master suites. This spacious villa sleeps 8 people in total comfort. The great room boasts a large, combined living and dining area which is open to the nearby kitchen and breakfast nook. The southern facing swimming pool with attached spa sits on a private pool deck surrounded by a screen enclosure and hedges for privacy. No vacation villa is complete without a game room and this one is no exception, featuring a pool table, air hockey table, two pinball machines and a 40-inch TV. For Florida vacation villas, one of the most commonly prized amenities is the pool, and Mickey's Family Bungalow has a great one! This private pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around this southern facing pool with attached spa. No walking out of the villa and falling into the pool here! A southern facing pool is desirable for the most sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but if it gets too hot, sip on a drink in the covered lanai. Feeling hungry? Throw some burgers on the FREE BBQ grill! The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards, while the hedges offer privacy from the neighbors. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months, don't worry, pool and spa heat is available for an additional charge!

The inside of Mickey's Family Bungalow is even more spectacular than the outside! Upon entering the villa, the luxury and quality will be immediately apparent. You are greeted by the open and bright dining room and family room. All the common areas have ceramic tile floors. The formal dining table has seating for 6 and the nearby breakfast nook has seating for another 4 persons. The family room has a huge wrap-around leather couch with built-in recliners facing the 55-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The living room TV has a Blu-ray player and a collection of movies for guest to watch and all the TV's in the villa have free cable TV with HBO. The beautiful kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and a tiled back-splash. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or lunches to take with you. There is also plenty of plastic-ware for use by the pool. The 14-cup coffer maker is accompanied by a stocked, coffee caddy, so if you arrive late at night, your first pot the next morning is on us!

Behind the main living area is the hallway to all the bedrooms in Mickey's Family Bungalow. The king master suite has hardwood floors, a sliding door to the lanai and pool deck and a walk-in closet. It is furnished with a king bed, luxury bedding and a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The king master bath is a full bath with a granite sink top, tile floor and huge shower. The is also a door to the pool deck from the king master bath, so you don't have to walk through the villa with wet feet coming from the pool when nature calls! Just down the hall from the king master bedroom are the two twin bedrooms. The first twin bedroom is Mickey Mouse themed. It has two twin beds, Mickey Mouse bedding and wall décor as well as a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and an Xbox with an assortment of games. The second twin bedroom is Minnie Mouse themed. It has two twin beds, Minnie Mouse bedding and wall décor as well as a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a PlayStation with an assortment of games. The two twin bedrooms share a kid-friendly, themed, full bath with a granite sink top, tiled floors and a tub/shower. The final bedroom in Mickey's Family Bungalow is the queen master suite. The queen master suite is furnished with a queen bed, luxury bedding and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The queen master bath is a full bath with a granite sink top, tile floor and a tub/shower.

At the end of the hall, past all the bedrooms, is the crown jewel of Mickey's Family Bungalow, the game room! The game room is fully carpeted, insulated and climate controlled!!! It is decorated with a Disney Castle wall mural complete with fireworks and is equipped with a 7-foot slate pool table, an air-hockey table and a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The best part of this game room has got to be the two pinball machines. One is a World Cup Soccer machine and the other is a Nascar machine and both are free to play as much as you like!

In addition to all the fun stuff, Mickey's Family Bungalow is equipped with all the necessities you may need for your family vacation. There are a washer and a dryer located in the game room. The pool has large towels for outside use. There are games and movies in the living room and video games in the two twin bedrooms. The villa is stocked with at least one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as a small soap in each bathroom. We provide kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap and coffee filters. For those with younger family members, there is a baby monitor, four bed rails, a high chair, a single stroller and a pack-n-play. We love to host families, so if there is something missing, just ask us, and we will consider purchasing it for the villa! I almost forgot, for the holiday season we do have a tree, special dishes and decorations if you want them up!

The final amenity of this villa to consider is the dedicated new ownership. We acquired this villa in February of 2018. We were lucky to get it! The previous owner was great, and the villa is kept beautifully. This is the fourth villa we have purchased in the area and we have near perfect reviews on all of our villas as did the previous owner of this villa.
