This was the perfect accommodation for 3 couples. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t cook. Host was responsive even though we had zero issues. I’d stay here again.

What a joyful place to stay! The photos do not do it justice. We are 3 senior couples that loved 3 br with king beds and 3 baths with showers! Seating for 6 in the living and dining area. Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bath.The beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and very well maintained and equipped for a large family. We had a great time, the driveway is very narrow between the wall and condo...but handled even a very large SUV.

Townhouse was spacious and clean. I was pleasantly impressed with all the extra accommodations (Chocolates, Fruit Bowl, Teas and Coffee). Location was a plus and the messages from the host were helpful. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stay here!

Dave and Val were extremely accommodating to our needs. We were able to check in earlier then expected!As soon as you walk into the house you're greeted with a well setup living space and a welcome message. This house is extremely clean and the space was amazing for me and 5 friend's . The beds were so comfy !

Wonderful stay for 3 couples attending a wedding.Great location to all our events with Ubers under 15 minutes! It was nice to each have our own bathroom to get ready. Beds very comfy We enjoyed the fruit, wine and coffee provided! Walked to 12 South area for breakfast! Through beautiful Belmont campus. Highly recommend!

With 2 kids in college in Nashville we have stayed in many VRBOs. This was by far my favorite. The hosts were thorough, the house and bathrooms were immaculate. The beds, sheets, blankets etc were all comfortable. The best part was the showers actually had amazing water pressure! This will definitely be my top pick for our next stay.

Absolutely beautiful Townhome! Perfect for three couples. The hosts were exceptional! The beds and pillows were amazing-we slept so well! It was clean, clean, clean! I highly recommend this property.

Very clean, great host communication. Excellent WiFi & cool A/C. Parking very secure with a driveway gate & enclosed garage. Very quiet at night, convenient location. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in Nashville!

Fantastic property close to Vanderbilt campus. We were in town for graduation activities. Home is close to university and downtown Nashville. It was very well stocked with essentials (toilet paper, coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) and was very quiet. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again!
