We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. I booked this property for 6 Adults. The house was very well laid out and roomy. The host answered all my questions throughout our stay. The property is located near all the hot spots in Nashville. Close enough for an easy Uber ride but located in a quiet, university neighborhood.

I have never found a better stocked kitchen and bathroom. They had everything you needed from coffee to ice maker, also laundry detergent and bath wash. Great host.

Guest requested early check in which we allowed free of charge, the place was in perfect condition after housekeeping team did great job "which is impossible that they have left or forgot to clean and empty trash, they been working with me for 5 years and they do great job every time" The Guest stayed in the house for 8 hours from 2 o'clock afternoon till 9-10 in the evening where they came back to me complaining about stuff that didn't make any sense to me or to VRBO team either. Me and the team tried to satisfy the guest and offered to send our housekeeping team to do things right as they want, but they decided to leave the place. The main issue that the guest and their group have used all amenities in the house, they used all beds, couches, Tvs, left trash everywhere, and stained the iron table " All these documented with photos" After they stayed all day at the house they came up with stuff to get full refund, I asked them to contact VRBO, And VRBO didn't agree to provide full refund to the guest due to unreasonable complain, they Guest decide to leave us bad dishonest review to come back to us, plus they did charge back to the credit card they used to reserve the place. All this shows who to blame on this kind of reviews, we been in business for more than 5 years as Prime Host with no complains, but this stuff happens when you host guests have no knowledge of Short term rental or how to respect others properties.

We had a great time in music city with our family. It was close in driving distance to all of the action and restaurants. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions.

Neighborhood was sketchy but we didn’t feel unsafe. It’s a 13 minute drive to Broadway, and Ubers are easy to get. The sleeping arrangements were fine, bathrooms and kitchen area were functional but not less than we are used to at home. Working with the owner was very easy; great communication. You can’t move the house so it needs to make some upgrades.

Wasn’t the cleanest place upon my arrival. On top of that when checking out he gave a lot directions on how to clean which was ironic. Sheets didn’t seem to be clean, nor the bathroom. The toilet was also stopped up…couch and bed seem to be broken. Also he texted everyday I was there which was kind of overwhelming.

We don't appreciate your dishonesty on your review, as well as the damage you have caused to the property. You and your group left stained 2 accent chairs in living room, and smoke stain "I don't know how you did that" to the double sink in the master bedroom, as well as damaged floor transition between the kitchen and dining room plus excessive trash right outside the door while we have instructed you very clearly that the property is smoke free, and also instructed you where you can take care your personal trash, but because you complain so much about our messages that should help you of what need to be done, so sure you didn't read them. We have filed a complain with photos for all the damage you and your group have left the property with, and you are not allowed to reserve our property in the future. And in the end of the day you left that bad dishonest review which we really don't see it fair.

House was very comfortable and roomy.

We had 5 girls and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would stay here again. The owner send emails everyday making sure everything was good and to see if I needed.

Great place!

Super cute place! Felt comfortable and safe!! Will need to drive or Uber to broadway but it was very nice and owners were extremely informative. We were not there much but did enjoy our time there and was very comfortable.

Family Holiday Getaway

The home was very nice it was clean and plenty of beds and space. Toiletries were provided in all bathrooms. Nice touch with the Bluetooth fireplace heater. Communication was great.

Great Condo for a Group

Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. He also gives you great recommendations for everything you will want to do in the area. Quick drive and cheap Lyft ride to downtown. Far walk, fyi. The condo was very clean with lots of bedding and towels available. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!

Spacious Home

Very nice to have a home to ourselves instead of staying at a hotel. Very roomy. We had 3 adult women and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for us! Be prepared to walk some steps but we prefer the bedrooms to be upstairs. House was clean but needs a few cosmetic repairs on the outside. Overall a good property and the host was great to work with.

Great for larger groups

Check in was super simple and the house was beautiful! There was so much room and the house had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Ubers to broadway were so cheap, averaging $10 or less. The host also communicated with us extremely well and was there for everything we needed (even fixed problems before we even asked) absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again.

Trip to Nashville

The inside of the property was beautiful and clean. It was a little difficult to figure out the entrance because it is a 6plex. There are stairs inside the house and all three bedrooms are upstairs. We had senior citizens with us and I worried about the stairs. The location is wonderful and parking in alleyway and marked for your car. Location was wonderful close to Broadway. Owner was amazing. Stairs need to be part of the description please
