Excellent Hosts and place! Carol was very helpful in telling us what places to see as well as having a car rental spur of the moment so that we could tour the island. The room was great and well equipped. WeLoved our 1st stay on Beaver Island and we will be back.

Location was great; central to town. We loved walking to the local cafe (Wild Strawberry - highly recommend), the grocery store, and the brewery. The property does not have any AC, which is common on the island, but it was a warm weekend and the layout does not take advantage of crosswinds, resulting in a very warm bedroom each night, even with the fans running and windows open. The deck is shared as well which was a bit odd for us as we did not know the occupants of the other units. Some may enjoy the potential socializing but that's not our style.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the central location and nearby amenities like Wild Strawberry. I understand that the lack of AC and shared deck might not have suited your preferences. Your insights are valuable, and we appreciate your honesty.

Very clean, well crafted condo/apartment with everything you need including a second story deck view of the harbor. Very personal service and a ‘we know ya already’ management style. Next door is a popular coffee and breakfast spot and the town grocer is two doors away. I would go back again and happily recommend to others.
