Hermoso y encantador bungalow de dos dormitorios y dos baños Ubicado en el corazón del histórico Old Northend. A poca distancia de Colorado College y el centro de tiendas y restaurantes. Amplio estacionamiento en la calle está disponible.
Bellamente ajardinado con un patio cercado muy privado para reuniones familiares y entretenimiento. Cocina gourmet completa con isla y rincón de desayuno. Dos habitaciones con camas queen size pueden dormir cuatro. Acogedora terraza acristalada junto a la sala de estar y una oficina / estudio que da al patio trasero. Habitación familiar de nivel inferior con TV de pantalla plana de 45 pulgadas; Lavadora y secadora en el segundo baño. Maravillosa casa y ubicación para reuniones familiares. Los propietarios de los anfitriones están cerca.

Beautiful home in a great location! The hosts were easy to work with. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beautifully decorated and cozy, perfect for our family of four, but would also be great for two couples. Lovely closed in front porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. Loved the Christmas decorations out front!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with walkable streets, close to hiking trails and with easy access to the freeway. Every room was comfortable but a major plus for us was the dedicated office space and enclosed front porch. The kitchen offers ample storage for groceries, a feature often lacking in other rentals, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. One unique aspect is the Jack and Jill bathroom. While this layout might be a deterrent for some, the additional downstairs bathroom provides a great alternative and allows each couple privacy. We had an issue with the washer which was promptly addressed by the owners. Their responsiveness and attention to guest experience truly set a high standard. Overall Impression - Having rented VRBO homes across the country for nearly a decade, we can honestly say this home ranks among our best experiences—and we are quite particular. The property leans toward an adults-only vibe, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-appointed home in a desirable part of Colorado Springs. My sincere compliments to Greg and Lonnie for creating such a memorable stay.

Northend Gem

Meticulously maintained Craftsman style home in the coveted “Northend” yet close enough to downtown to take a “longish” walk to the Urban Egg for breakfast. Once you’ve spent a sun-soaked afternoon on the property’s back patio surrounded by Lonnie’s “to die for” garden, complete with water feature and automated awning, you’ll never want to leave. The property is perfect for a couple or for two couples who are close friends, because a Jack and Jill bathroom is the only facility on the main floor (2nd bathroom is in the basement). The owners are not only gracious but are extremely responsive, bringing over and hooking up a fresh tank of propane within a half hour of our text. The bedding, towels, kitchen, bathrooms and decor are all high end (and delightfully clean) and there are several cozy spots in the home to gather or to relax. If I were being picky, I would love a firmer mattress, but overall this home is nothing short of an absolute gem.

Just like coming home

We were so excited to stay at this property a second time. Our son and his wife live in Colorado Springs and we stayed here September 2024. We came back to meet our brand new grandson this spring. It was like coming back home. This property is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We got a sweet welcome back note with a fun treat waiting for us on arrival. The neighborhood is very safe. We love the charm and the tasteful touches in this home. The home is very spacious with so many places to spread out and visit. The hosts do everything to make sure you are comfortable and all your needs and concerns are met. We look forward to coming again.

Perfect getaway in the Old North End

We genuinely enjoyed our time at 15E! The perfect setting to entertain family. We utilized every room in the bungalow, from the beautiful living room and dining area, to the sunroom for coffee, the fabulous kitchen and outdoor grilling area. Two nice sized bedrooms, with a shared bathroom/ shower. The owners were very gracious and made us feel right at home. I sure hope they are available the next time we visit the Springs!! Highest recommendations!!

Second stay as delightful as the first

The house is comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen and patio. The neighborhood is pleasant and pretty with easy access to anyplace you’re going to want to visit. The owners are lovely and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had the best stay at this amazing bungalow! The location was perfect, fantastic neighborhood, very comfortable beds, awesome decor and fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need. Greg and Lonnie were so helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely, comfortable house! Everything was well provided for. We loved the back patio and had breakfast there every morning. There was even a delicious coffee cake to welcome us on our arrival!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very well located and beautiful appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The Owners were helpful and responded immediately to a minor issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect oasis

We stayed in this beautiful home while visiting our son and daughter-in-love. We loved everything about it. It is so well stocked with all the things you could possibly need. Lots of towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen was filled with everything you could imagine for cooking and baking and even serving. The outdoor area was enjoyed as we still had really warm weather. The property managers/hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had. We got in late the first night but it was beautifully lit for us. The neighborhood was so charming and we felt very safe there. Also, really enjoyed the coffee cake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely in every way

We loved our stay at this beautiful comfortable cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and well stocked. The outdoor area is lovely. The owners were kind, communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable with beautiful homes and large open streets and sidewalks. Great location close to town. We really can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Super cute property. Very clean. Many options for seating areas, etc. Great outside spaces when weather is nice. Kitchen well equipped. Only feedback would be for the owners to consider adding some kid friendly chips! Would stay here again.

Fabulous VRBO

When we drove up, we were so surprised the house looked just like the picture. Inside was the same way! Loved the furnishings and how it looked like someone actually lived there. I love how this historic home has been modernized, but still had the integrity of the age of the home. Original door knobs, door latches, lovely squeaky wood floors. The back yard looked like an English garden. Landscaping was so nice. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. Felt right at home when we first walked in. Hope to come back to Colorado Springs again next summer. We will definitely rent this property again. This is a house that has had a lot of TLC.

Beautiful home in great location.

We had a great stay at 15E. The house has a lot of interesting touches. The kitchen had essentials for cooking so we were able to do a grocery run and make two good dinners, one using the gas grill. Great location for runners/walkers right near beautiful greenway trail.
