Beach Haven Rental - Modern Ocean Front Second Floor Condo, In-ground Pool, 2 Bedrooms + Queen Sleeper Sofa, Sleeps 6, 1 Bathroom (Tub/Shower), Outside Deck, Central Air (AC), Outside Showers, 6 Gas Grills, 4 Picnic tables, Bike Racks, On-Site Reserved Parking, Coin Washer/Dryer (quarters). High Speed Wireless (WI-FI) Internet Access, 3 Smart TV's and 4 Seasonal 2026 Beach Badges.

Lifeguard protected beach (lifeguard is on duty late June thru early September- 9:00am to 5:00pm). Pool Attendant during pool hours & days of operation, (check availability). No Pets, No Smoking, No Vaping and No Incense.

Tenant must e-sign the Pool Rules (in-season) and Short Term Rental agreement 48 hours after reserving property.

Wonderful little apartment right next to the beach

Our second time renting here and we really love it. Everything is clean and modern and cozy. It's right next to a life-guarded beach and walking distance to shops and food. The property manager is super responsive too. Highly recommend!

My family had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. We have stayed in other units in the past however this one has to be my favorite so far. I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the beach right from the living room window. This unit was very clean and comfortable. Oceanfront Condo

We had a great stay at this oceanfront condo! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. The location can't be beat- steps to the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. The owners were very communicative and gave clear instructions through email and text. The check in process was smooth and easy, as the key pad makes it simple. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!
