My daughters and I had a great vacation. We walked every morning for coffee and loved that Shop Bottom Ice Cream was right there, just across the street. Great location, unit was clean, thoughtful to have beach tags for us to use and Larry, who oversees the property, was so welcoming and helpful! All the locals were great and we will definitely be returning!

Early summer get away

Lovely apartment, with well thought out accommodations for the beach-extra hooks in bedrooms and baths, a locker for their and our beach gear. Everything we needed was provided for cooking and relaxing. Best that people are fit to climb the stairs to the third floor. Other occupants were friendly. Pool and property well maintained just like the apartment. We would absolutely stay again!

Convenient condo

My husband, teenage daughter, and I were in town for a Habitat build and wanted to stay near the beach. The condo was clean and the maintenance person was quick to respond when we had an issue. Close to everything. Items to note- the bathroom is not attached to the primary bedroom. It’s in the hallway. And they do supply dishes.

Andrea was great, replied quickly to request and provided detailed instructions about her lovely condo. It is very nice place, everything you need for a weekend getaway and more! It’s conveniently located, great restaurants in walking distance, especially Ruso’s! Can’t wait to go back again

Great Week

We had a great week staying at Andrea's condo. Everything was exactly as stated in write-up. The pool was an added bonus for our family since being on the beach with toddlers is a lot of work. Perfect location, one block from ocean and a few from the bay, with playground. Had one issue with the cable but one quick text to Andrea and it was taken care of. Condo is on the 3rd Floor so it was a little hard with toddlers but nothing we couldn't handle. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation

The condo is beautiful and is in a great location! It was walkable to the nail salon, several restaurants and bars, the candy store, and ice cream shops. The accommodations were spacious, even for our family of 5. We appreciated the fact that beach chairs and beach badges were available to us during our stay. My family had a wonderful vacation here!

Lovely unit in great location

The condo was well-appointed and equipped with all the necessities - hand and dish soap, hand and dish towels, salt, pepper, napkins. Proximity to beach was great and loved having on-site parking

Loved our time!

The place was very clean and well furnished. Andrea was very responsive to all of my questions. The location of the place is within walking distance of of a variety of places to eat and it is close to the beach. Our stay was fantastic!

Had a Blast!

Property was great! Pros: Location Property Manager’s Communication Clean Beach Passes Pool Access Kids and parents both had a great time. Cons: And these aren’t that big of a deal. More nuisances than deal breakers: Hot water heater is a bit small Gravel lot (which are everywhere on the island) can be tough to carry luggage over. We would absolutely rent this place again. Thanks!

Excellent stay overall with a few small surprises

The condo is beautiful as pictured and the pool in the complex is gorgeous and well-maintained. While it is 2 blocks to the beach, one of the crossings is the 4 lane wide plus LBI boulevard which is a main drag. Since we booked, our circumstances have changed which I’ll admit factors into this review. At the time of booking my husband and I were awaiting an adoption and since have been placed with a beautiful 5 month old boy. I believe this listing should feature more prominently that this is a 3rd floor walk up. I also had my father-in-law in the party who has Parkinson’s. He can walk but stairs are difficult. Finally since the vestibule was painted we had to use a side entrance which basically equated to a fire escape to load our gear in and out- a challenge as you can imagine with an infant. Final thoughts: Pros: Overall good location Beautiful condo unit/ well maintained Centrally located on the island Well maintained (albeit not heated) pool Responsive host Kind management at the property Cons: Using a fire escape to being our equipment/ baggage up to the 3rd floor Crossing LBI boulevard to get to the beach The listing does not clearly state this is a 3rd floor walk up- only reviews do. This should be remedied.

Nice condo in a walkable location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner sent check-in/general property information a few weeks before our stay, which was helpful. The building is secure and located close to beach access and several restaurants/activities. The condo itself is roomy and comfortable with very little noise from the other units. The balcony overlooks the pool and faces the bay for nice sunsets. The closet for beach items was useful. Would stay again!

Great week

Andrea’s place was great. Location perfect. Clean condo and had everything we needed. Pool maintenance is impeccable, but it became annoying that the gentleman maintained it during open hours and continually each day. He huffed and puffed when my 18 year old would dip in (and say it makes it that much harder). He was literally out there each hour of every day and even closed it to scrub the walls in the middle of the afternoon. Gave us the feeling he didn’t like sharing with renters. Besides that, this was the perfect beach vacation for my family. We rented in this complex before (11 years ago) and we were happy to see another condo being rented. It’s all about location and price for us. This was 5 stars for those two things.
