"Welcome to this dreamy Gulf front three-bedroom, two-bath condo located within walking distance of the Hang-Out! This corner unit boasts splendid views of the Gulf's white sandy beaches, providing direct access to the beach. A central outdoor HEATED pool within the complex offers delightful leisure opportunities.

Inside, this unit offers three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. Both guest bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed each. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra accommodation. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for added convenience. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Book this unit for your ideal vacation experience today!

For winter stays during January and February, any reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.

Professionally managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
The property outlines clear policies including age requirements, photo ID at check-in, non-smoking regulations, and welcomes pets for this unit, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per pet, accommodating up to two pets.

Enjoyed this condo, it could use some updating though. Bedrooms were fine, it could use new furniture in living room. Grills were very dirty and thus we didn’t use them. Grass area for pets could be larger . Location on beach was great and with newer furniture we would rent this condo again. Not pleased with fee for parking

My family and I really enjoyed our recent trip to Gulf Shores (4 adults, 5 year old, 6 month old). While the condo complex is a bit outdated, the location makes up for it. The entrance to the beach is directly out from the parking garage, and going back and forth to the pool was a huge plus. Communication with the rental company was quick and informative. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo with great views. Convenient to everything. Short walk to beach. Perfect fit for our family and pet. Only issue was that the elevator was not working and lugging our things up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. Hopefully that will be repaired soon. Would definitely stay again.

Was a great stay! The housekeeping did an Amazing job with everything being spot less! Wasn’t happy about not being able to check in until after 5:00 pm. When it clearly states 3:00 pm when making reservation and making payment. Travelers need accurate times for check in.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. The location is great - everything you could want is nearby. The beach is great - so we didn't even use the lovely pool. First time traveling with my sister, my son, my 2 grandsons & my 2 little dogs. It was a wonderful spring break for all of us. I would definitely book this again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Regatta before, and it is a perfect location for beach access and walking to restaurants and shopping, but 201B exceeded our expectations! The rooms are bright and roomy and beautifully decorated. Very clean and owners are wonderful. And the view is amazing! We will definitely rent again!

Fun At The Beach

Our condo was a very comfortable and clean unit in great proximity to restaurants, grocery store, drug stores, etc. The beach was wonderful and the beach view from our unit awesome! Overall, we had a great vacation.
