Régate 104B est un 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain directe condo Gulf Front situé dans le coeur de Gulf Shores. Profitez d'une vue spectaculaire sur le deuxième étage des eaux cristallines et les plages de sable blanc de la côte du golfe d'Alabama depuis le balcon surdimensionné. Remodels récents comprennent toutes les nouvelles armoires de cuisine / invité, nouveau granit dans la cuisine, de nouveaux appareils de cuisine, et tous les nouveaux meubles de salon. Regatta est situé dans le coeur de la Gulf Shores. We enjoyed this condo very much. It was extremely convenient in all aspects - ample parking, close to restauarants/shopping, beautiful and easy access beach. The pool was warm and it’s nice that it is in the non-beachside of the property as that kept our balcony quiet as we could listen to the water throughout the evening. First floor was still elevated so the view to the water was great but also easy to use steps or elevator to come in and out. The only shortcoming is the very small and not effective washer and dryer, especially in a 3 bedroom condo - a minor annoyance. Prickett was great to deal with in all aspects and we will definitely stay with them again.

Had a nice stay. Check in was easy, the kitchen had everything that we needed. The condo was beachfront so we enjoyed the gulf and the pool. We also liked that there were many restraunts walking distance.

Nice condo with great beach view and access. Nice common pool area as well. Condo was as advertised and everything went well. Great location for shops/restaurants too! Would rent again if vacationing in the area.

Great stay!

We had a great stay the week of thanksgiving. The condo is in the perfect location making it easy to walk to a number of places. Clean, comfy beds, stunning view from the deck!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family, 5 adults and 2 children. The 3 bed 2 bath property was spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful beachfront view! We were very pleased with our stay!

Loved how close to the beach this place was! We had 2 family members that can't walk very far and they were still able to enjoy the beach! Condo was very clean.

Annual Beach Trip

This was our second trip to Gulf Shores and second time starting at the Regatta. Beautiful facility with a nice outdoor pool to use if you don’t want to go to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the pier and the nature park close by. Renting the beach chairs and umbrella was easy and convenient.The condo was clean and provided the basic necessities (as described). Would certainly stay again!

The condo has a couple of items that need addressed (balcony and guest toilet wouldn't always flush) but overall it was a pleasant experience. Will stay again.

Excellent Week

While the unit is a little dated and there were some minor maintenance issues noticed, it wasn't anything that hindered our visit. The location is fantastic and we truly had a wonderful stay.

Perfect property for parking the car and walking to everything

This condo was perfect for 5 senior women to enjoy the beach! Although it rained several days we were able to enjoy ourselves with cards, walks and shopping! We loved the covered porch and spent many hours people watching and staring at the ocean!

Second time at this condo…

Having enjoyed a stay here with girlfriends 3 years ago, this year I took my daughter her SO and two of her daughters. Other than rather sparse kitchen equipment there was absolutely nothing to complain. The girls enjoyed the pool and the ocean both as well as the adults! It was a great week!
