Book with confidence, this beautifully appointed Kamaole Sands, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (820 sq. ft) condo that has been remodeled. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great condo, complex and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Kamaole Sands condo; the complex has a great pool and grounds, it's convenience to amenities and the beach, and it was clean and quiet.

Nice complex and unit

The complex is well kept and clean. Convenient to beach and stores. The unit is well furnished with all the amenities you would expect and the A/C works well. It was a good stay and would book again.

Heaven away from Hone

The property is well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed (maybe a salad spinner ?). The main bathroom sink did not seal properly, but other than that everything was perfect. We found the TV impossible to use, directions did not match the remotes, but we were not there to watch TV. Wonderful time !

perfect property in kihei

Having stayed in the Kamaole Sands before, we knew that the property location was perfect for snorkeling. The condo was immaculate with high end, functional kitchen appliances and utensils. This third floor unit in building 5 was the perfect location to enjoy the sunset on the lanai. When we had trouble with the TV the property manager was responsive and helped us connect. Our only request would be update the system to allow streaming channels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Kamaole Sands. We prefer the bottom floor units, however this one was quite lovely and peaceful. Unit is very clean and has all the beach gear you need - towels, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella! We did a lot of cooking and while the untensils and appliances were great, the pots and pans were not. But we used the community grills quite a bit, which was lovely. PMI is amazing to work with. Hopefully we'll be back next year. Mahalo

We cooked breakfast there a few days and the kitchen was well equipped with everything. The view from the lenai was so beautiful, green well maintained grounds, palm trees and the ocean! It was a very comfortable and spacious condo. Loved the fact that they have everything you need for a beach day, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels. It’s also the perfect location with many restaurants in the area and easy drive to various beaches if you want to explore other than the beach across the street, which is beautiful and convenient. We miss it already and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future!!

beautiful space in a great location

The property was lovely, and included little touches to make our stay even better (things like spices in the kitchen, beach towels and chairs, coolers, etc.). The lanai was great for eating dinner with a view of the ocean, and we were easy walking distance to the beach and some restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Maui stay

The posting did not lie. This condo comes with everything. Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, umbrellas, nicer boogie boards, soap, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent. Condo was very nice. AC works well, although keeping both doors open left the condo perfectly aired. Beds were comfortable. Basic spices and kitchen fully stocked. Any questions were immediately answered. Beautiful beautiful beach in front of complex. Parking and tennis courts were included! I’d recommend to friends.
