Excellent Stay

We stayed in this lovely cozy apartment, perfect for the two of us, over Fallas weekend. It was perfectly situated, close to everything, yet a bit away from the squares so not wall to wall people at the door. Tons of restaurants and cafes close by. Toni was excellent with communication, apartment well appointed, great bed. Did not use the washer/dryer or go tp the terrace, so cannot comment on those. Very satisfied, would return.

Wonderful Apartment in a Perfect Location

Toni's apartment was just great. Toni welcomed me and explained everything about the apartment. Even in the middle of summer the air conditioning cooled the 4th floor apartment. All amenities are up to date. It is located in a perfect part of the old town, within walking distance of many great sites and restaurants. It is a perfect apartment for a single person or couple.

Perfect Apartment in Old Town Valencia

We had a wonderful stay in this small apartment in Valencia's historical center. The location is perfect for walking to all parts of the old city. It is very close to the Central Market, Plaza de la Reina and del Carmen and an easy walk to the Serrano Towers and Turia Park. The apartment has every thing you need including a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and lovely view. Tony is a wonderful host and very responsive if you have questions about the city or the apartment. We fell in love with València and would like to visit the city again.

Vacanze di Natale

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento con la mia famiglia (marito e due bambini di 12 e 7 anni) dal 21 al 30 dicembre. L'appartamento è come descritto... e anche di più! Silenzioso, asciutto (non abbiamo dovuto usare neppure la pompa di calore), gli elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti... inoltre è vicinissimo a piazza della Regina, un ottimo punto per girare a piedi la città, perdersi nei vicoli, arrivare al parco della Turia... in tutta la vacanza abbiamo preso i mezzi pubblici due volte! Valencia in questo periodo è semplicemente ìncantevole e questo appartamento ha contribuito a rendere la vacanza indimenticabile. Un grazie anche al padrone di casa, molto disponibile e pronto a supportarci.

E stata una vacanza bellissima. L'appartamento prenotato era molto comodo. Praticamente in pieno centro. Per visitare i vari luoghi d'interesse si arrivava ovunque a piedi e per andare in spiaggia c'era la fermata dell*autobus a 300 m da.casa.

Der beste Urlaub seit langem

Wir hatten vor über 10 Jahren während der Fallas Urlaub in Valencia gemacht, deshalb hatte ich nicht die größten Erwartungen. Der Urlaub wurde dann aber so schön wie seit langem nicht mehr. Ich kenne viele spanische Städte, aber Valencia toppt alles. Am meisten hat mich die Freundlichkeit der Menschen begeistert. Man wird überall mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist stylish, sauber und super komplett ausgestattet. Tony ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns gleich Tipps geschickt die für 3 Wochen gereicht hätten (wir waren 5 Tage da :). Anfangs waren wir etwas verunsichert, da ich vor der Anreise eine mail von vrbo bekam, von denen ich vorher noch nie gehört hatte, aber der Urlaub war erstklassig.

3 great weeks in Valencia

The apartment was in the heart of the old part of the city. We were able to get to the Central Market in about 4 minutes on foot and were able to take transit to the beach and to Albufera. The apartment contained all the necessities for 2 people for a short or long stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment itself was efficient and not cramped. The lovely large windows in the sitting area and bedroom allowed for lots of light. There is a rooftop terrace on the floor above that is accessible by stairs. The building has an elevator but there are 5 steps to get up to the elevator -- for anyone with mobility issues this might be a problem. The apartment is in the heart of a lively restaurant/bar scene and as such there is the sound of people talking below. The windows, when closed, do block out most of the sound, but anyone who is a light sleeper and who needs absolute quiet at night might find this a problem. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units -- one in the living room and one in the bedroom and these are quiet and effective. If you come to Valencia without a car, this is a perfect place to stay for both enjoying the city and everything near the city. The old part of the city is not somewhere you would really want to take a car, but there are e-scooter and bicycle rental places very near to the property. We would stay there again in a heart-beat if we return to Valencia.

soggiorno fantastico

Appartamento meraviglioso situato a due passi da plaza de la reina e quindi al centro di Valencia. La struttura è così come si vede nelle foto, tutto è ben curato e organizzato al meglio: cucina ben attrezzata, comodo divano letto, bagno elegante, ottima soluzione per l'armadio nascosto, letto matrimoniale comodo, utili oscuranti per le finestre, aria condizionata, tv, lavatrice, insomma tutto perfetto. Perfetta anche la comunicazione con l'host, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in stanza prima dell'orario del check in e su nostra richiesta Tony gentilmente (grazie) ci ha prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto la mattina presto. Considerando il rapporto prezzo/qualita', non credo che nel centro di Valencia si possa trovare di meglio.

Great location, close to many great restaurants!

This apartment was right in the center of the old city of Valencia. It was great to simply walk to the majority of all the interesting sights of Valencia. The apartment is also minutes away from Valencia’s amazing market, and many great restaurants are just steps away. The apartment was very clean, and it was great to having access to a washing machine. There was shared rooftop patio that gave some amazing views of the city and a very convenient spot to dry your clothes! Toni was a great communicator. He immediately responded to all messages sent via VRBO and WhatsApp. Once we met him at the apartment, he gave us some tips on things to check out in the area and some really great restaurant suggestions. The only negative items we could point out was that the bed wasn’t overly comfortable. The bed was also a bit awkward in that one side of the bed was right against a wall and under a slanted roof. Anyone sleeping on the side next to the wall would have a difficult time getting out of bed in the middle of the night if they need to use the washroom (a bit of crawling is required, rather than just getting up). Also, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the streets below (aka all the nearby restaurants, bars, etc) pretty much all through the night. This is a scenario we have found to be common with many different accommodations in major cities in Spain, so not necessarily something specific to this apartment. Just be wary that if street noise is something that may bother your sleep, bring earplugs. You simply need to think of it as a trade off for the ability to walk everywhere in minutes, rather that staying farther away where it may be quieter but with the requirement to take transit or taxis to get to all the attractions. All in all, this was a really great place to stay in Valencia!

Perfect location, and wonderful property.

This property is located in the center of the old town and walking distance to everything. Antonio met us at the property to check us in, and offered some wonderful suggestions including where to find the best Paella in Valencia. The property is clean and well set up, and is perfect for two people. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice apartment

We really liked this place. It's located in the heart of the old city of Valencia just off the main square in front of the cathedral. The owner, Toni, met us at the unit and spent time with us to show the unit and everything it contains as well as to explain all the local attractions we should see. There are several restaurants very close to the apartment. We ate one night at San Tommasso, which is right next door and which serves wonderful Italian food. Next time we are in Valencia, we will definitely look to see if this unit is available.
