Absolutely wonderful

It was perfect for me but could be for 2 as well. Centrally located in town clean and the property manager was so kind.

This property is in a great location, central to all restaurants and shops. The property is on the 1st floor, but there is a lift. Just be aware you still have a flight of steps to climb to get to the apartment. Kitchen was well equipment, the other furniture was very traditional. The TV in the bedroom was analong so had no channels. If you like a balcony with a few just be aware that the balcony over looks an interior area very close to your neighbours with no view of Alvor. Parking out the back of the apartment was generally good with a short walk to the front door. Check in was very easy, the host arrived within seconds of us arriving. Another bonus was that the apartment was cleaned after the 1st week, with fresh towels and sheets. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

La casa è in una posizione centrale e vicinissima a tutti i servizi accessibili a piedi. Si scende dall'appartamento e si ha tutto là a disposizione, dal supermercato alla farmacia ai ristoranti ai taxi all'autobus e arurti i negozietti del centro del paese. L'appartamento è molto curato, pulito e non manca proprio nulla. Le comunicazioni e la gestione con l'host è stata perfetta, molto disponibili e presenti. La consiglio vivamente.

O apartamento está excelentemente localizado, no coração de Alvor. Tem boa luz e é confortável e muito limpo. O preço foi muito bom para tal localização e apartamento. Eu gostaria de voltar a ele na minha próxima viagem. Muito obrigada! Não consigo pensar em nenhuma maneira de melhorar.

Balkon uitzicht.

Online lijkt het of je een balkon aan de straatkant hebt.Dit appartement heeft een heel klein balkonnetje met 5 dagen in de week uitzicht op het wasgoed van de buurvrouw.

Great vacation in Alvor

I spent a wonderful month of February at Casa Maria in Alvor. This is a very nice apartment in a recently built condominium. It is close to all necessary shopping, public transit, restaurants and pubs. Separate heating/cooling controls for the bedroom and living area ensure a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection is very strong. A fifteen minute walk will bring you to the 5 kilometer boardwalk by the ocean and the Alvor River. Great for walking enthusiasts! Claudio and family are mindful of their guests. I would definitely stay at Casa Maria again if I return to Alvor.

Excellent apartment

We stayed 16 nights, from 22 September to 8 October, in this lovely apartment. Day of arrival the owner, Claudio, was already waiting for the key transfer with as welcome a bottle of Vino Verde. The apartment is clean and excellent for 2 people. Fine equipped for a good stay. After 1 week it was cleaned and bed linen and towels. There is also a fine WI-FI internet access. It is just 100 m walk from the Centre of the pretty village of Alvor. Full facilities, such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops are near. Small flaw, for us, is the small balcony with limited room to sit on and the view. But it is a perfect apartment for a good stay and a beautiful holiday. Claudio responds quickly to emails and you can always call him for assistance. In short, we have had a great holiday.

Uitstekend vakantieverblijf.

Wij verbleven 16 nachten, van 22 september t/m 8 oktober, in dit mooie appartement. Dag van aankomst stond de eigenaar, Claudio, ons al op te wachten voor de sleuteloverdracht met als welkom een fles Vino Verde. Het appartement is schoon en uitstekend geschikt voor 2 personen. Prima uitgerust voor een goed verblijf. Na 1 week werd het schoongemaakt en het beddengoed en handdoeken vervangen. Ook is er een prima WIFI internetverbinding. Het ligt op slechts 100m lopen vanaf het centrum van het mooie dorpje Alvor. Alle faciliteiten, zoals supermarkt, restaurants, bars en winkels liggen nabij. Klein minpunt, voor ons dan, is het kleine balkon met beperkte zit mogelijkheid en uitzicht. Maar verder is het perfect voor een goed verblijf en een mooie vakantie. Claudio reageert snel op e-mails en je kunt hem altijd bellen voor assistentie. Kortom wij hebben er een geweldige vakantie gehad.

Estancia en apartamento

La estancia ha sido muy buena, Claudio el propietario un gran anfitrión, la casa tenía todo lo necesario para una pareja, tuvo el detalle de dejarnos el desayuno del día siguiente y nos dejó también una botella de vino, todo muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones. Todo lo que dice en el anuncio es correcto el wifi va muy bien,nosotros hemos estado 15 días y a la semana se pasó a hacer una limpieza y nos puso ropa de baño y cama limpia, en la despedida tuvo un detalle con nosotros. Recomiendo a este propietario

Nice small apartment close to the main streets of Alvor

Clean, fully equiped, quiet area close to central Alvor. If you need a location to stay when discovering the Algarve, this is a good place. For 4 people it will be rather small, but for 2 it is all you need. We had a good time! Laura and Jeroen, Netherlands

Great Place with a lot of comfort

We hat a very good time in this Place. Situated right in the Center of Alvor you have Supermarket, Pharmacy, Restaurants & Bars around the corner. The Appartment is extremely well furnished and the Internet runs very fast. Although it is near the main road it is calm, since located to the back street. Owners are very helpfull and react very quick on demands! Thank you.

pleasant stay

An excellent small apartment ideal for two people but could also accommodate two children at a pinch using sofa bed. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed. Excellent free WiFi. Two televisions and DVD player. Was a lovely touch leaving wine, cheese, ham and bread rolls. Claudio was very prompt at answering our emails. He took us to and from the airport making the transfers easy. He was very accommodating and shown us around his other properties at our request. Only negative is there is only a small balcony but this would not stop us staying there again. Overall this was an excellent stay. Thank you Claudio.
