This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8, It has a king in the master, 1 queen or 2 twins in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Full kitchen, fireplace, balcony/patio and washer/dryer in the unit. The resort has a seasonal outdoor pool, three hot tubs, fitness center, game room, and picnic area.

The WorldMark Estes Park is a beautiful resort that sits on the Big Thompson River. With the Rocky Mountains just outside your door you can expect a great wilderness vacation. From your unit you can walk down to the edge of the river and have a picnic. If you are a fly fisherman you can try and catch some Colorado trout. Fishing gear is available or bring your own!

There's a great chance you will see some wildlife right outside your window as Elk are known to frequent the WorldMark Estes Park property. Come fish in the summer and snow ski in the winter.

The location of this property was amazing. However the inside was somewhat dated and smelled of mold upon entering each time. Also the showers could use some work. The water pressure was barely enough to get shampoo out of my hair.

Not as good as the last 2 times we've been here.

Jim and Donna were awesome. However, the property wasn't as good as it has been. I really feel like we should have had a discount from the resort. The day we checked in we were told the jacuzzi we always use was out of order. That was disappointing but not something we couldn't deal with. Then, the first day we were there, our air conditioner broke. I called the front desk and they sent someone out to look at it. The maintenance worker looked at it and told the front desk it was working. We got back from going out for a while and I saw it wasn't working so I called the front desk and they told me the maintenance worker told the front desk it was working. However, I knew it wasn't working so I asked the front desk to send the maintenance worker over again. 2 hours later, no one had shown up to look at it again so I walked to the front desk where the maintenance worker was sitting down visiting with the front desk worker. I asked them why the maintenance worker hadn't come over to look at it again when the maintenance worker informed me he knew the unit was working "because it is a brand new unit". I told him that wasn't good enough because I knew it wasn't working and needed someone to come and fix it. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth with them they sent us 2 fans to "hopefully make it better". I told them I needed someone to look at it. I don't have enough space to finish my review. I'd stay there again. But was disappointed this time.

Perfect stay

We had a family of 6 and the 3 bedroom unit was just the right size. It was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, that sort of thing. The check in lady was great. Very friendly!! The River was right outside our condo and it was so lovely. My only disappointment was that the pool was very cold. They only heat it to 74. Over all great resort.

Mechanical problems kept us awake most nights

Mechanical problems with the water heater kept us awake most nights during the week. Maintenance was informed but never came to address the issue.
