LOCATION, LOCATION & VIEWS. Located in Carolina Beach this newly renovated, spotless, Winds V1 condo is located on Carolina Beach Ave N, JUST A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE BOARDWALK, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. The living room and deck offer expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom patio offers beautiful sunset views over the canal. The property offers a COMMUNITY POOL, BEACH ACCESS and COVERED PARKING (2 car limit). Cable TV and WI-FI internet access are included. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, TV and adjoining bath. The second bedroom offers 2 full sized beds and TV. The living room offers a full sized sleeper sofa. Leave the dirty laundry to us. BED LINENS AND TOWELS/WASHCLOTHS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. You will only need to bring beach towels. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the cooking items you will need. We also have a washer and dryer. This property is STRICTLY **NON-SMOKING indoors or out. ** We are implementing extra cleaning and disinfecting practices between stays. We are also allowing 24 hours between stays. Book your vacation ASAP and check out all that "Salty Toones" has to offer.

Great location! Owners were super nice and responsive. We loved that it faced the beach and access to the beach is just outside the property. Also the boardwalk is within walking distance.

Perfect relaxing weekend.

The place was just as described. The hosts communicated very well and the property is walking distance to everything but not so close you get all the noise. Steps to the beach and had everything we needed. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Great beachfront spot for our family.

We had an amazing few days here! The owners were great to work with, easy check in. The condo kitchen was well stocked and they even had beach toys we could use! We would definitely book this condo again. We loved being walking distance from the downtown boardwalk as well.

The beachside deck view was absolutely worth it—we had a front-row seat to the fireworks from our own private spot. It was great being able to step right onto the beach anytime, with shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk all within walking distance. The owners were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of for any issues that might arise.That said, there are a few drawbacks to be aware of: parking can be tricky, and the three-and-a-half flights of stairs may be challenging for elderly guests, anyone with mobility issues, or those not in the best shape. The cookware was also showing wear, with flaking Teflon, so if you plan on cooking much, you may want to bring your own. Still, this seems fairly common for vacation rentals in the area.

Great location

Overall we had a great time at Salty Toones. Great location, views, access to beach, etc. Everything inside is accurately pictured and was great for us. AC kept it cool inside even though it was very hot outside. The unit had beach chairs and other items for most of what we needed.The only thing that we didn't like is the parking situation. It was a bit off-putting to need to be available by phone at any time to have to move your car if you are blocking someone in. Fortunately, we only had to do this once during our stay but its something that was on my mind a lot and I found myself checking my phone a lot more than I wanted to to make sure I didn't miss a call.

Sweet Getaway Suite

We had an absolute blast in the area! We were in town with 15 family members and this was the perfect retreat for us at the end of the night. The beach was so close and was amazing to listen to at night. The place was clean with just the right amenities. We will be back for sure! Cindy was also responsive with the few questions I had.

Very fun experience with the kids!! Beach stayed sunny and the night walks were absolutely exciting!! Boardwalk is only a few minutes of a walk away and the restaurant selection is great!! I love that there's an urgent care across the street from the Food Lion down the road. Definitely will be booking here again!!

Lovely Oasis Right on the Beach

This was a great property and fantastic location. We were literally one minute from the very nice beach (complete with lifeguards). The place was super clean and charming. Comfy beds, nice kitchen - everything we needed. Really liked the deck overlooking the ocean. The host was super responsive and could not have been more helpful. We could walk to the boardwalk and restaurants, etc. or take a very short drive to many more. Highly, highly recommended!

This condo is right on the beach and the balcony is wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were very comfortable. Robin was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We would love to stay here again!

Relaxing weekend

My adult children and I had a wonderful stay at Salty Toons condo. There’s no better way to spend Mother’s Day weekend, in my opinion! The condo is perfectly decorated and appointed with everything you need. The ocean view is beautiful and relaxing! It’s a true Gem, you won’t be disappointed!

Great condo at the beach with a beautiful ocean view

We had a great time staying in the condo. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing. Very nice way to take your meals while enjoying the ocean. The condo is very well located with direct access to the beach and at walking distance of the boardwalk and the bars and restaurants. It is very functional and we had a lovely weekend. We look forward to an opportunity to come back longer.

Nice stay

The condo is nice. We had a comfy stay. The view is beautiful and the new access that was built is nice. The beach section is very nice! The next part is nothing to do with the condo itself, its to do with the facility as a whole. We did not like the parking situation. There are not enough spaces for each unit to have 2 cars. We calculated there would need to be 32 or 34 spaces to accommodate and truly there are only 30 spaces and it was tight! If you get sandwiched in for your space, you have to call/text the folks in the other car(s) to ask them to move so you can get your car out of parking. We had several guests stop us in parking to tell us about the paekinf issue when we were unpacking upon arrival. This was not a fun part of vacation. We ended up walking to dinner and to the boardwalk due to this exclusively. Thankfully its less than 10 minutes for walking one way. However, this also meant we ended up Instacarting groceries.

For several years it has been a goal of ours to invest in a property so that we can share this little piece of paradise with others. We looked at many different property options before deciding on this one.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and dining. The views are second to none. Wake up each day to the sunrise over the ocean from the front balcony and watch the sunset in the evening from the back balcony. This unit has many recent updates compared to others in the area.
