Imagine...having your coffee overlooking the ocean, spending some time on the beach...then enjoy one of our many great restaurants!
OCEANFRONT-Refreshed in 2026 with brand-new flooring throughout the condo, new carpet on both balconies, new hot water heater and new vanity/faucet in the hall bathroom. We are ready for the Summer Season!
Enjoy our little piece of paradise! Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo! Clean & spacious.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer and all of the comforts of home. NEW dishwasher!

Kitchen has a blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker (regular drip & Keurig) and all cookware/housewares. Wine glasses, champagne glasses & margarita glasses for your favorite libation! 4 stainless steel bar stools where your family can gather in the kitchen!

55” TV with Upgraded smart TV, some local channels and bring your streaming passwords. DVD player in the Living Room and a few old school movies! Primary Bedroom has NEW 42”Roku TV. Lots of movie options with Roku, WiFi included. Roku TV in 2nd bedroom.

2 spacious bedrooms to accommodate your family! Primary bedroom offers a King Bed and also has a private balcony and full bath. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress. Another full bathroom, with full-size washer/dryer, just off the main hallway.

Iron & Ironing Board, hair dryer and convenient drying rack provided. We provide luxurious towels, linens and all bedding (extras in the closet). Luggage racks in both bedrooms.

Bring your own beach chairs and towels (we used to supply them but they keep getting damaged/misplaced). Paradise Island Rentals rents beach chairs and umbrellas by the day or week, tell them the address and they will set them up for you on the beach with your name on the umbrella, great service. We also have a small Weber charcoal grill that you can use in the designated grill area near the parking deck. The grill and a small beach cooler are in the closet on the patio, off the primary bedroom.

Inside the condo you will find playing cards, games, books & movies for your family to enjoy!

Sweeping ocean views on the balcony, with high-top dining table & 4 chairs, plus another seating area for 2 off primary bedroom.
Ease of access on the first floor, beautiful oceanfront view and private access to the beach via a brand-new walkway, all just steps from the front door. Two reserved parking spaces. Only six blocks from the CB Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants, weekly fireworks and entertainment.

Please do NOT leave the sliding doors open! It's tempting to hear the ocean but there are bugs at ALL beaches so keep doors closed. Will also help AC!

We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week with our three year old! Everything in this condo seemed new, from the super comfy beds to the kitchen supplies. It was also VERY clean upon check in and the extra linens were so helpful after all the swimming and extra showers to wash sand off. The easy beach access was so great and we were able to walk downtown to the boardwalk a few evenings for dinner, too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Property was as listed… Inside clean but stairs up to property were not clean at arrival (vacuumed during stay)…well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment …slight ocean view/beach due to sand dune…easy access to beach. Is ramp…host was very helpful with check in and a problem with the lock quickly …I would stay there again when weather is warmer

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. Check in was smooth and easy and Kathy was right on top of everything if I had a question. Minor hiccup with the refrigerator but it was immediately taken care of with no problem at all. The chairs on the deck are awesome and you couldn't beat the view and the ease to get right down to the beach. I hated to leave but I'll be booking with her again!Book the vacation now! You only live once and you should have an awesome place to to relax and recharge and this is the place!

The property is just as described on the VRBO app, just a few steps from the beach with great view. The host communication is tremendous - she was very responsive to any and all questions we had about the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Furniture was very comfortable. The only minus is the parking was challenging for my large vehicle. However, considering price, value and location - it was completely worth it ….

Home away from home

Staying in this condo was very comfortable - it was clean, close to the beach and the boardwalk, and the property manager was easy to communicate with about check in/out. Our family would highly recommend this rental property and plan on returning next summer.

Kathy our host was very responsive to questions. The home was as described. If is very clean. The finishes inside are very nice. Beds are comfortable as is the couch and chairs. Very nice deck furniture. Parking is a little tight, but manageable unless you have bigger than F150. And it is only 90 steps to the beach. Close to resturants and boardwalk. It was our 2nd stay here, stayed in 2022 also.

Perfect spot for family trip

We brought our almost two year old daughter here for her first beach trip and it was perfect. The close proximity to the beach is the best part, plus the condo is very well accommodated and the hosts are lovely to work with. Would visit again!

We love being oceanfront, the view from our balcony and the private access to the beach. Carolina Beach has a nice, casual vibe and some great restaurants!

What makes this property unique

Love being on the 1st floor, not climbing tons of stairs, private boardwalk out to the beach as well a great view from the kitchen. Enjoy the balcony's awesome ocean view, very peaceful. About 90 steps from the door to the ocean!
