Enjoy our little piece of paradise! Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo! Clean & spacious.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer and all of the comforts of home.

Kitchen has a blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker (regular drip & Keurig) and all cookware/housewares. Wine glasses, champagne glasses & margarita glasses for your favorite libation! 4 stainless steel bar stools where your family can gather in the kitchen!

NEW 55” TV with Upgraded Cable TV package and DVD player in the Living Room. Master Bedroom has NEW 42”Roku TV. Lots of movie options with Roku, WiFi included. Roku TV in 2nd bedroom.

2 spacious bedrooms to accommodate your family! Primary bedroom offers a King Bed and also has a private balcony and full bath. Second bedroom has a new queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress (and there is a full-size mattress in the closet just in case you need some extra sleeping space). Another full bathroom, with full-size washer/dryer, just off the main hallway.

Iron & Ironing Board, hair dryer and convenient drying rack provided. We provide luxurious towels, linens and all bedding (extras in the closet). Luggage racks in both bedrooms.

We have 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a cooler for your use (Unless they go missing from the previous guest). Paradise Island Rentals rents beach chairs and umbrellas by the day or week, tell them the address and they will set them up for you on the beach with your name on the umbrella, great service. We also have a small Weber charcoal grill that you can use in the designated grill area near the parking deck. Both the grill, cooler and beach chairs are in the closet on the patio off the master bedroom.

Condo is fine but parking a nightmare

We enjoyed the condo itself but damaged 2 autos trying to park. The parking space is quite narrow and the driver must maneuver around a utility pole, both going into and out of the parking space. One auto was damaged on the rear fender going out, the other was scraped trying to get around the building to park. The latter was finally parked successfully after much backing and filling, but the process was stressful. Once parked next to the building, there is about 3 inches of space between the auto and the curb for the building next door. The owner reports that she parks an Expedition successfully in the space provided, but she has a lot more practice with the narrow parking area and more investment in making it work. We will not return to this property but the beach is great.

Great location!

Beach access is right at the condo! The host had detailed instructions for parking and checking in-very helpful. The condo was pristine at check-in. The parking space is very tight with no room for maneuvering and can't imagine trying to navigate it during high season.

Absolutely fantastic!

This is the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well stocked, and view from the balcony can’t be beat. So easy to get to the beach and walk to good restaurants and other stuff. The beach itself is quiet and clean and exactly what we needed. Kathy, our host, was super quick to help when we had a concern about the parking (it’s a little tight, don’t bring a Hummer). It was all great. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t a problem at night for sleeping. Totally loved this place.

The condo was as advertised and enjoyed the balcony and easy access to beach. The parking was challenging but as advertised.

Just about perfect!

Plenty of space for my friend and I, VERY clean, well appointed kitchen, and clear instructions from the host! The “worst” thing I could say (and the owner told us about this) was the parking. Lol. When they said right by a utility pole-they meant it. Someone less scaredy-cat than me would probably feel quite comfortable though. I know anyone would enjoy their stay here-the sound of the sea, just steps across the dunes on a boardwalk to the beach, plus a beautiful place to stay-what’s not to love?!?
