The Space:

Welcome home! This beautiful home was recently remodeled, and you and your guests will enjoy staying here! With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this Scottsdale vacation rental is perfect for any occasion. Additional benefits are a two-car garage and a spacious backyard you won't want to leave.  There is plenty of space inside and out for your family to enjoy. Enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather while lounging out next to the pool. Take a soak in the hot tub after a long day on the golf course or out on the many hiking trails in the area.



The furniture is top-notch, as is the spacious and accommodating floor plan. Outside, you will find a brand new swimming pool and hot tub - the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring.  Enjoy grilling and watching your favorite game from the covered deck while the kids play in the pool and practice your skills on our putting green.

The charge for heating the pool is $100 per day.  Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.



We have a local professional cleaning company that cleans for us and a local laundry facility that cleans our linens for every reservation—assuring you of a clean home for your stay.



There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.



Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.



Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

FAQ’s

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?

A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.



Q. How does the pool heat work?

A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.



Q. Are there restaurants nearby?

A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance.



Q. Early check-in or late check-out?

A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
