We had a lovely week-long stay! The property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room to spread out for our three generations. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept so well! We appreciated all the amenities and especially the coffee bar and starter supplies.

Clean, well-appointed, and plenty of space inside and out! Hosts were great communicators and the home was better than advertised. Rented for 2 weeks and had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable, longer-term stay.Would highly recommend this property!

My friends and I had a FANTASTIC stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. Besides being a beautiful home, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, the home was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of when a very unusual storm hit Phoenix. I would definitely rent this home again!

House was beautiful and well appointed. Back yard was fabulous. Master suite was very hot compared to the rest of the house so we used a provided tower fan to pull cool air into the suite. I would still stay there again.

My family had a wonderful time in this cute, farm-meets-airplane hangar decorated home. Plenty of room for all of us, including our guests who lived nearby. My granddaughter loved the pool and we all enjoyed relaxing in the spa at night after our tiring, fun-filled days! Location is also excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to 101 and shopping for convenience. And special thanks to Paul for his quick response to any question that I had.

Great host, great stay

We really enjoyed this property! From the big screen TVs, to the comfortable beds, and outdoor fire pit, hot tub and corn hole, it provided a fun and comfortable stay for our family of 5. Plus, it’s centrally located and Paul was wonderfully responsive and friendly. Would stay again!

Fantastic space and great neighborhood!

This property was perfect for our family with two adult college students and a teen. Great common spaces to cook and hangout together and plenty of space to spread out inside and outside too! The hot tub was perfect for the cool desert nights, and with bedrooms on two sides gave privacy when needed! Neighborhood was safe and close to many great locations in Scottsdale! Will definitely stay here again!

Second Timers

This was our second stay in this home. Cleanliness, accommodating owners, and great amenities make this place a wonderful vacation spot. The two masters give extra privacy and the outdoor patios, pool and hot tub can't be beat. The gate around the patio to keep a toddler away from the pool is a nice touch and you can see through it so it doesn't block the lovely view. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a great location. Short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious home with common areas that were perfect for our family to huddle around. Paul was also excellent, accommodating and quick to reply. Would recommend

Great location

We were there with the family, two kids 12 and under. The house is in.a great location, and the host was very easy to work with. The pool wasn’t heated, so wasn’t useful but the rest of the house had all the amenities and space we needed.

Spacious

The house was a perfect combination of space and comfort while also wonderfully decorated. Great kitchen for cooking and we loved relaxing at the end of each day outside on the patio/pool.

Excellent Accomodations

We loved our stay here. The double master bedrooms are an excellent way to travel with extra family members. We liked how they were on opposite sides of the home giving extra privacy. The pool, hot tub and patio areas were well kept and so inviting. The home was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. which isn't always the case when renting a VRBO. Great response from owners when we needed assistance so that is a huge plus. With a child at GCU, we will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Nice big house in Scottsdale

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this large house in Scottsdale. It was one of the biggest we found on a large piece of land as well. 8 of us were very comfortable there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and played many rounds of cornhole. We also loved the coffee bar and want one in all of our houses now. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Scottsdale Home

Beautiful home with 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. Wonderful sitting area with large TV open to dining area and kitchen. Separate sitting area with couch provides additional seating and privacy. Kitchen is large with lots of prep area. Great coffee bar. Backyard is beautiful. Would highly recommend this home.

Lovely, comfortable home

This is a lovely house and a relaxing environment. The comfortable furnishings, really comfy beds/pillows, beautiful outdoor area/pool with lots of fun floats made for a wonderful family vacation. Paul, the owner, makes the rental process easy. Would highly recommend! When in Scottsdale, if we need another rental, we will knock on Paul's door again. Thank you!

Great Choice in Scottsdale

The home worked out perfectly for our annual winter getaway with friends. It’s spacious, thoughtfully furnished & outfitted and has very comfortable beds. We enjoyed some of the fun/funky interior decor elements. The large yard was a plus and we had a great time playing hours of corn hole. Paul and Heather always communicated immediately.

Paul the VRBO Host was wonderful, but the house was just OK. Didn’t seem that clean needs alot of TLC. There was a Roach in one of the bathrooms one night which was pretty gross. hey Marc was left in the washing machine, which was unsanitary the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Very worn and dirty feeling. The pool area wasn’t cleaned up Floaties everywhere not organized. The master bedroom never cooled off. It was always hot. We will say the beds were comfortable and liked the kitchen area overall I give it a 6-7 on the scale from the 1-10 not a place we will go back to.

Everything about this home was perfect! The layout allowed all of us to have our space while still being able to comfortably all be in the same room. We only left this property once to head out to dinner...it was that great! We hung out at the pool, we had a blast around the large island, and the beds were so comfortable we all slept so soundly. I highly recommend this property!!!

Restful weekend.

Check in so easy as well as check out. Traveled with elderly and house was very good fit for them. Very comfortable and verily kind prop owners. We would recommend to anyone. House close to everything! Best part was coffee bar then pool then bbq area. Very nice family stay.

Amazing house in the heart of Scottsdale!

We love visiting Arizona. Came out this time for Spring Break. House was huge. It was our family of 4 and we could have easily had more with us. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Yard is huge. So many seating areas which were great. Some shaded. Some in the sun. The pool is huge. It had not been super hot leading up to our visit, so the pool was really cold our first few days. It is disclosed it is not heated—so it’s just a matter of the weather and sun. Paul was extremely responsive and even came over immediately to look at the pool vacuum so I was able to chat with him live. Check in and out was super easy without a ton of asks of the guests as they leave. We would definitely stay here again!

Location location location!

Beautiful backyard with palm trees flanking the pool with mountains in the background. Many shaded comfortable seating areas around pool. Indoors spacious with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. Beds super comfortable. Owners quick to answer any last minute questions

This listing is luxurious and in a very upscale neighborhood We will be competitively priced with the more high quality properties due to the location, lot size and quality inside and out. Professional mist system installed in back yard a MUST for summer visitors! Without it, your outdoor time will be very limited, even at night where it can still be 100deg.
