Clean, modern, nicely decorated and stocked. The beach truly is only a 4 minute walk away. Great area, not as busy as Sea Side but close enough if you want to be in the mix you can be. Great restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream close by.

A Pool Side Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in 8 Henry Court with my wife and daughter's family of 3 kids. Being so close to the pool made the unit feel like we had a private pool. We gave the master to my daughter and son in law to help manage the baby, and were very comfortable in the second bedroom. The Twins loved the loft bedroom. The unit was large enough to host a family dinner for those staying in nearby units, including a well-stocked kitchen to prepare the meal. We played pickleball 3 times, a short walk from unit. While my wife and I walked to the beach, my daughter with kids parked a little closer to the entrance on the Gulf Place property. The Beach Blue management was very responsive to my questions and we had no issues. Many units had gas grills, which would have been nice, we didn't see any nearby as mentioned in the amenities.
