The house was exactly as described and close to the beach. There is a Starbucks right on the street and multiple restaurants around including a great taco spot. The host was very communicative letting us know when the place was clean and we could go early. We spent Christmas here and had a lovely time! Side note: we recommend pulling in the back alley to drop off your stuff and then parking in the lot as it’s a bit of a walk!

Austin and Vinita's place was perfect. Clean and comfortable. It's at a great location, as it was walking distance to the beach or the harbor. To top it off, Vinita was very responsive and helpful!

This condo was the perfect size & perfect location for our time in San Diego. Loved that you get Starbucks, food, drinks or even a Lyft within walking distance. We alwats felt safe as well.Austin was great at communication from the beginning. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach cottage

We loved this adorable condo! Steps from the bay and mission beach, easy walk to pacific beach and wonderfully updated interior. Modern & spacious inside with a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Great communication from Vinita & easy check in—we will be back:)
