This centrally located Fort Collins home is just blocks from CSU and an easy bike ride to the heart of Old Town. Nestled in an established neighborhood, visitors won’t find it hard to feel at home in this Ranch-style get-away. With three bedrooms and a large family room, it can accommodate a decent size group. The private backyard provides an additional gathering space and can contain pets and children of all sizes. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking the most complex of meals, serving up to 12 at a time. Guests will also enjoy being pampered by luxury linens and soap products. Other amenities include a full laundry room, Roku for streaming, wifi, and front- and rear alley- access to backyard, amazing water pressure, and privacy (no other occupants are on site).

The perfect place for our stay, and a truly outstanding host! The house was spotless and everything was set up exactly as needed -- and our dog was crazy about the back yard! The location was close to everywhere we needed to go, and the neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for walking and entertaining our dog. The host was very responsive and tremendously accommodating, and her friendliness and laid back approach went a long way in making us feel comfortable, welcome, and relaxed throughout our stay. Thank you!

This place was exactly as advertised, and the host was very helpful and friendly. It’s the most nicely decorated and most comfortable rental house that I’ve stayed in. It’s all in one level with no stairs and only about 15 minutes from CSU animal hospital. That made it an ideal place for me to stay while my dog had surgery and then recovered for a few days afterwards before heading home. It will be my first choice if we need to return.

Our host was absolutely wonderful and even opened the property early for us so our poor dog could rest after a difficult day at the hospital. Great location, quiet neighborhood… Would definitely stay here again.

I feel like the no central air should be prominently disclosed. It would be nice to have the one window unit going and some fans going before checking in so the house isn’t unbearably hot upon arrival. But this is a great location. Quiet and feels very safe.

The backyard is the best part about this house. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the floors needed cleaned. We had to call for our code to get into the front door when we arrived.

Wonderful location and great for the whole family

We spent Christmas here with our kids and two dogs and it was perfect. Great location and the hosts were so incredibly helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend this location really close to everything!

Thanksgiving in Fort Collins

This is a good budget-friendly stay, it’s not updated by any means but was clean and had all the essentials. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the beds comfortable. Also great location close to downtown

Quiet and close - great for pets!

This home was a great place to stay in Ft Collins. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have quiet evenings. Yard was great for our dog as well. Home is cozy and had everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful backyard and neighborhood

This is an older, very clean home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out in their lovely backyard and taking morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood. They do not have central air but there is an air conditioner in the main bedroom and fans in all other rooms.

We loved the VRBO!! Great location, loved the house and back yard for our fur baby. Couldn’t have been a better stay. The hosts were great and the communication was great! Would highly recommend if you’re in the Fort Collins area! We would def book with them again! Beds were super comfy too! 😊

Great Campus move-in spot

We had a great experience as we helped move our student into a new apartment by the campus. Convenient location, great backyard for our dog, nice walkable neighborhood. The host was very gracious. We moved to Fort Collins as newly weds 25 years ago. The road trip to Colorado was our honeymoon. We have since managed to take a more traditional honeymoon, but we wouldn't have changed anything. We initially moved to Fort Collins to go to graduate school at CSU, but it didn't take long to know that this would be our forever home. This property is the first home we purchased. We love it dearly and are excited to share it with our guests.

Why they chose this property

This property is Easy! Easy! Easy! It's the perfect size to sleep a decent-sized group and it provides nice gathering spaces for whatever brings you to Fort Collins. It also happens to be perfectly located within the city, making wherever you're headed a breeze--by bike, walk, or car.

What makes this property unique

Close to all of Fort Collins' attractions! CSU is just down the street, and Old Town is a seven minute bike ride. The Spring Creek Trail is just a stones throw away, connecting users to over 30 miles of paths through, in, and around the city. Delightful!
