The apartment is well set out, beds and linen are nice. Kitchen was okay the cover vent over the stove top needs a good degrease and the hot water systems randomly stops working while showering. However, great location and clean and functional.

Great Christmas spot!

We stayed over Christmas while visiting family in Fort Collins. The location was perfect and it was easy to get to everything around town. We have stayed here before and hope to again.

Excellent Little Spot!

We were very impressed at the cleanliness, roominess, and cuteness of this little spot. We stayed a couple of nights while moving our son into his first apartment and loved that it was so close to campus and in such a darling location. We're looking forward to visiting again soon!

Excellent owner and a clean and comfortable place!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The owner is very kind and responsive. The place is clean and comfortable. Our dogs are welcomed. We truly enjoy it and hope to return again soon.

CSU move in

This is a great find! So much nicer than staying in a hotel when visiting our CSU student. Comfortable and convenient to all parts of Fort Collins. Will stay here again for sure!

Great Location

We (my wife, 16 year old son & I) spent 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great and close to many attractions. Fort Collins is a lovely city and it's easy to get around by car or bike. We were close to restaurants and a grocery store (Safeway) and had breakfast at "home" each day. We will be back !

Met basic needs

Property located within short drive (not walk) to Old Town and great restaurants and shops. Pretty basic as far as amenities and furnishings, quiet neighborhood. Stacy was very responsive to requests. Thanks for having us!

Convenient home base for Fort Collins visit (and great service)

My wife, daughter and I drove to Fort Collins to visit our son, who recently moved there. While not fancy, this property was conveniently located and a fine home base, at a good price. Also, Stacy was great. After driving 20 hours from the Bay Area, we arrived to discover that I hand't booked the place until the following night. Stacy quickly checked to see if we could get in immediately, and thankfully we could. Thanks, Stacy!

Good for short trip

The unit was good for a short trip to drop off my son at CSU, but I wouldn’t plan to stay there for 5 nights again. I didn’t realize this building would be on the edge of a neighborhood and right next to a commercial property. So it made the outside common area less than desirable for a hang out spot after a long day in the mountains. It was close to lots of activities so as long as you don’t plan on doing much but sleeping at the place, it will be fine.

Cute Place, Could Be A Little Cleaner & Needs Sprayed For Spiders....

This property is in a nice location & lovely, quiet neighborhood! It is very cute & functional! My only complaint is that we killed MULTIPLE spiders in the house. It just needs sprayed. Also, the floor was dust covered & there were hairs on the baseboard in the bathroom & in the bathtub upon arrival. For the large fee you pay for cleaning, I’d expect it to be immaculate. Overall, we enjoyed are stay & the things mentioned are easy fixes! Great place.

Nice affordable place in nice location

It was as advertised, nothing super special but in a great location and for a good price. The walls to the next place seem kind of thin and/or the neighbors were kind of loud at some point. However, we were trying to go to bed super early because of the marathon the next day, and if we had gone to bed at a normal time we probably wouldn't have really noticed. Also ear plugs were provided. A fan would have been nice as well. Overall I was happy with it though.

Townhome near university

It was a convenient location, about a mile to the university, several blocks from a commercial area., coffee shop about a mile away. Check-in was flawless, the property manager was quick to reply to questions. The bathroom sink was draining slowly; she arranged to have someone fix it immediately. Cleanliness was an issue.. Some surfaces were dusty. Drawers and shelves had not been cleaned. We discovered how dirty the floors were when we spilled a glass of water and had to wipe it up. We would have given it a better rating if it had been cleaner.

Clean But No Private Outdoor Space

Was clean and Stacy was very responsive. However not as advertise. The outdoor space is not connected to the unit, but is a communal space. Can’t really use the space with Covid. Advertisement is very misleading. Recommend changing ad and provide recycling bins.

Paper thin walls and uncomfortable bed

I rarely write reviews, but thought I should give others a heads up. Unfortunately left a day early we were so uncomfortable. Walls were paper thin. My 8 month old, that normally sleeps like a champ, could not stay asleep because there were people out in the courtyard past 2 am and you could hear everything. Hand washing dishes is not my idea of a good time (not to mention wasteful of water). But be prepared to do so, as there is no dishwasher. Cleaning was subpar, which is scary during covid. My crawling sons knees were black within a minute of moving around on the floor. Pictures make the place look way nicer than it is. To top it off bed was really uncomfortable.
