About this property

Located a mile and a half north of the village of Duck, The Duck Beach Tree House sits in a quiet seaside neighborhood. The house features four bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths and two new queen size pull out sofas. The entire home has been remodeled in 2018 and we continue to make improvements every year. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax by the heated pool or in the hot tub. Enjoy views of the Atlantic ocean and amazing sunsets over Currituck sound from the top deck.

- Golf cart is included.
- Sheets, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and beach towels included.
- Pool heat is $300/week or $50/day for shorter stays.

Duck Beach Tree House Details:
- No carpet! Hardwood floors throughout except for the first floor, bathrooms and laundry room. They have tile.
- 4 bedrooms - 2 king size bedrooms, with en suite and private deck.
-1 queen bedroom, with en suite and deck.
- 1 twin bedroom and deck.
- 5 bathrooms - 3 full bathrooms with rain shower heads, wands and quartz counters.
- 2 half bathrooms.
- Laundry room - Full size front loading washer and dryer.
- Game room - On ground floor with foosball and refrigerator.
- Open concept kitchen, dining, breakfast nook and family room with vaulted ceilings.
- Kitchen - GE Cafe' Platinum Glass appliances and is fully stocked. Quartz counters and glass tile back splash.
- Dining room table sits 8, breakfast nook sits 4 and bar sits 3.
- Ceiling fans in every room with six speeds and remote control.
- 7 flat screen TVs with Roku and streaming services.
- Wireless internet. Mesh system with wired ethernet backhaul to avoid dead spots.
- Gigabit internet with Wi-Fi speeds greater than 500mbs, peak speeds 750mbs+.
- Outdoor shower.
- One gas (SS Weber Spirit S-315). 2 propane tanks on site.
- Private heated pool and 5 person (60 jets) hot tub.
- Golf cart that sits 4/5. Turn down back seat for transporting your stuff to the beach with ease. Beach access is a 2 minute ride, if that, and provides parking.
- We provide 6+ beach chairs, 6x6 beach canopy, 50 quart/84 cans cooler with wheels and handle for guests, electric pump (inflate/deflate) for inflatables. There are some pool toys and boogie boards.

Wonderful stay between ocean and sound

Our family had a great time during our fall getaway. We loved the heated pool and hot tub on cool nights, star gazing from the rooftop deck, and taking the golf cart to the beach. The home is immaculate. The layout and all the deck space were great for spreading out. We had amazing experiences at both Jockey's Ridge and the lighthouse in Corolla and enjoyed eating and shopping at the Duck boardwalk.

Making Family Memories

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Ryan's lovely home 2 miles north of Duck. The property is well maintained, very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all our meals in house. BYO spices & seasonings. The beach is a short 5 minute walk or golf cart ride away. The pool and hot tub got used frequently and proved to be a huge plus as our week was mostly overcast and windy. Check-in was easy and owner, Ryan was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home

A state of the art home. Very modern, clean, and a great layout for family and friends. The TV arrangement was amazing. The views were incredible and we loved hanging out by the pool. Loved having access to a golf cart. We will definitely be going back.

Perfect getaway

The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked for beach activities. The golf cart was a big help carrying the chairs and cabana along with the kids and their sand toys. The house was conveniently located. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was the perfect getaway.

Great Vacation

The house was fantastic! So many great upgrades. Working with Ryan was a true pleasure. If you’re looking for a great house very close to the beach, this is the one. I highly recommend!!
