The beauty of this 1100sq ft tastefully decorated 2 bdrm condo is centrally located just minutes outside of downtown in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is in a gated building with secure parking that is close to several casual and fine dining establishments with plenty of family entertainment or nightlife options close by. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and its own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle style bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 2 children with a 2nd full bath. The open floor plan has a large living space with a smart TV and adjacent dining area. The full-size kitchen with granite countertops will make you feel right at home. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, oven/stovetop, dishwasher and all the pots/pans and utensils you need to cook any meal of the day. Walk outside the sliding glass doors onto your large private balcony patio with potted plants and lounge chairs to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy a quiet meal with a glass of wine at the table under the umbrella. There are beaches and parks with trails nearby like Golden Gardens with sailing activities or Carkeek Park where you can take in spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains and much more. Close to markets, shopping malls, hospitals and universities/colleges. Public transportation is close by as well as Uber and Lyft.
I take a personal approach and pride in providing a clean and comfortable rental so the only thing you need to worry about is relaxing and enjoying a pleasant vacation!

Beautiful place and great hostess.

My wife and I loved the place. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stiores and things to do in the neighborhood. We spent one day at the zoo with grandkids.

Our stay was great! We loved the property, inside and out, and we appreciated the many little treats that were provided. Proximity to local eateries was helpful. We were able to walk to dinner several evenings. The property was nicely furnished and very welcoming.

Perfect place

Marjo’s condo is a great place. The condo is spacious, comfortable and spotless. Marjo checked us in and showed us around. We really loved the great patio for some night time card games.

Everything you need

Marjo was a wonderful hostess and made sure we were checked in and happy. We loved evening quiet time on the terrace. From comfy beds to snacks in the kitchen, this place had everything we needed! We also appreciated the secure parking.

Great Find in Seattle!

This property was everything it said it was - and more! Clean, convenient, comfortable. This host was generous and attentive. All the creature comforts of home were available to us. We hope to stay here in the future as it met all our needs - and then some!

Best VRBO booking EVER!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and Marjo rates #1. She is a very gracious and generous hostess. The unexpected “Welcome” amenities were extremely nice. Excellent communication, easy checkin process, clean and beautifully decorated home. Very close to everything we wanted to do. No need to look any further! Thanks again, Marjo for making our stay in Seattle very memorable.

Cozy and inviting apartment

Love the amenities in the apartment! The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Marjo put special attention to providing snacks and treats and that was a fun perk to staying here. Was a little nervous at first about the parking garage and it being a first floor apartment but everything ended up being safe. The location is pretty good, very central to a lot of Seattle destinations and Marjo was very helpful with suggestions for nice outings.

Wonderful Apartment in Greenwood

Marjo is a wonderfully gracious hostess—she met us and showed us the apartment and provided snacks and kitchen provisions. Her apartment is spotless, very cozy, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and has a thoroughly stocked kitchen. The area is very quiet. Communication was easy and quick—Marjo was very responsive. Parking is secure in a gated garage. The location is so convenient to everything you need or want to see! We will definitely return! Truly felt like home away from home.

Very nice property

The property was exactly as listed. The back patio could use some updating, maybe some fresh plants. This is a building of condos, the entire property is non-smoking, which is fine. We were not told, so the neighbors called our attention. Good Location. Owner was vey responsive. Probably won't be back in Seattle, but I highly recommend this property.

Such a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Seattle!

This was the best rental that we have ever stayed at! Marjo was a superb host! She was responsive and easy to communicate with. She met us at the parking garage to show us where to park and to tell us how to leave the garage after we checked out. After that, we went up the elevator to the rental unit and Marjo gave us a quick tour of the place. She was so thoughtful. She had snacks and beverages ready for us, which was greatly appreciated since we hadn’t had a chance to stop by the store. We also liked that she met us in person and showed us what to do when we checked out. The rental was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was about 15 minutes away from downtown. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The place was comfortable and cozy for our family of four to relax and unwind after a long day of excursions. We would love those to stay at this rental again when we return to this area. Thank you, Marjo!

Marjo was there to greet us upon arrival. She was a kind and gracious host. As we were staying for almost five weeks, she made sure that we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking equipment and the unit had lots of treats and snacks. There were fresh flowers and lovely plants on the patio. It was a great experience and we so appreciated her generosity and kindness.

Relaxing Weekend in Seattle

The property is as beautiful as pictured and described. It is well equipped and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you'd need to make a meal. Owner provided treats for us which was very kind and appreciated after a day in the car. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, fireplace was relaxing and unit was quiet. Parking is well lit and secure. Owner is very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed every minute we were in the unit.

Lovely condo, very comfortable

Our stay began with being met by the owner, who gave us clear instructions and left wonderful drinks and snacks. The place was comfortable and cozy. There is a coffee shop next door, with pastries and sandwiches.

Excellent Property

Property was beautiful! Property Manager was gracious and so very helpful. House was fully stocked and very clean. Check in and out were seamless. If we ever get back to Seattle we will stay here.
