Stinky House
The biggest problem with this house was the plug in air freshener that nearly sent my wife to the hospital with an asthma attack. It took three days to find it and it was miserable and colored the whole trip. The house was ok, it is a split house- 3 units, the front unit we rented has a locked door in the kitchen separating it from the back unit which is a long term rental - there is a large gap at the top of the door - which meant we could hear the neighbors radio selection, conversation etc. The 3rd unit is on top. So while this looks like a single house, it has all the downsides to an apartment. The beds were on weird frames that were absurdly high and had these pipe legs that caused many stubbed toes. On the good side, when a breaker blew, the landlord responded right away, sending her long term tenant in the back unit to sort it out, which was nice, except that I had to help him figure out how to open the gate to the area with the breaker box. All in all, I would not stay in this house again.
