We truly enjoyed staying at the Penthouse apartment on our visit to Paris. Guy was very helpful and Chantal was delightful. The location is perfect—providing a welcomed retreat after the day in the center of the city. Great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and bright with a grande terrace for relaxing, and watching the Eiffel Tower lights at night (and 14 Juillet fireworks, in our case). Air conditioning, elevator, washer, secure building. Would stay there again.

I highly recommend this place! Great neighborhood very close to a metro stop to get you anywhere you need to go.This is a penthouse apartment in a very nice building.There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance day or night.If you are staying during the summer, the air conditioning works great.Chantal met us at check in. She is very nice and helpful.We hope to stay here again soon.

Apartment was nice. Freezer had a loud beeping that was very annoying. You could hit a button to stop it for a couple hours and it would start again. The key to the front door didn’t work on the last day. Would like to have regular pillows for bed. AC was a blessing

Best deal in Paris

This is an absolute gem, and we hope we'll get to stay here again in the future. All is exactly as it appears in the photos, and exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely nice, and the apartment is close to everything you'd need along with good transit links. Check in was super easy, as was checkout. They've thought of everything!

Great apartment and terrasse litterally in Paris

We loved to stay in this quiet and green neighborhood with a lot of local cafes and stores. Only a few steps from Paris and easy access to public transportation. AC and views are a bonus!

Great Parisian Apartment for My Familh

We really enjoyed our stay at Guy’s penthouse apartment. The property is better than it is shown in the picture. It is a rare find in Paris to have the space and such beautiful large terrace. We have a big house back home and we felt we had plenty of space during our five night stay here with our two young children. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and five minutes walk to some great local restaurants. You don’t feel the hectic touristy vibe here at all, but feel like having a local experience. The metro station is within walking distance, we took metro everywhere and it was very convenient. The walk is really nice as it is our daily exercise. Shantal who checked us in was extremely welcoming and kind. Guy the owner was very responsive. We didn’t hear any noise of the neighbors during our stay and tried to be respectful to them as well. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for something local, authentic, conveniently located and also providing a good amount of space for your holiday!

Quiet and comfortable in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Plenty of space for our family of four, including a massive terrace. The owner and the property manager were both very welcoming and accommodating of our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet in August, which suited us perfectly.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient to get to Paris sites

Loved the property and it's beautiful views. Its convenient to the metro to easily reach many Paris sites. We could watch the Eiffel tower sparkle at night from the 8th floor. I like being off the beaten path, but not too far.

Spacious Apartment w a View

This property was exactly as advertised. Very roomy, 2 1/2 baths, well-equipped kitchen, elevator, close Metro stops, lots of space, and best of all - a 7th floor terrace with a great view of the city. The property owner was very responsive whenever we contacted him, and the concierge who checked us in was helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous Apartment

I can only say GREAT things about this property and our experience in Paris! This duplex penthouse is fabulous! Completely renovated but decorated in old world Parisian charm. The pictures are accurate. So comfortable for me, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. The wraparound balcony is fantastic! We sat out there each morning enjoying the glorious Parisian spring sun. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have terraces. The tops of the Eiffel and the Arc de Triomphe are visible from the apt. The neighborhood is lovely! Close to cafes, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. The Metro is about a 10 minute walk away. From the beginning, Guy, the owner, was very responsive to all of my questions. He got back to me promptly each time. He and the property manager were very helpful and very very nice! The apt, the neighborhood, the city, the people and the whole experience made us fall in LOVE with Paris! We all agreed this was our #1 trip and we’ve been to many many places!! We will be back!
