Lit display cases show old book collections as well as decorative bottles traditionally manufactured. It is equipped with high definition television. The dining area, on the other side of the living room, is by the kitchen and has a table with chairs seating 8 guests. 3 French windows directly open onto the very sunny 100 m² terrace. There are beautiful views over Paris. The terrace is covered with exotic wooden grating and surrounded with abundant vegetation (several olive trees, cypresses, lilac, many flowerbeds such as rose bushes, rose-bay, delphinium, etc.) There are sunloungers, deck chairs and garden furniture with parasol to enjoy the views and the sun. There is lighting at night. Bedrooms are on the upper floor (8th). 1 has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. Both bedrooms are spacious and have a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony accessible via a large French window. The entire apartment (living space and bedrooms) is equipped with air-conditioning. The normal sleeping capacity is 4 people in the 2 double bedrooms on the 8th floor but a third couple can sleep on the double sofa-bed in the living space on the 7th floor. The apartment is in Paris as the facing pavement is part of the 17th arrondissement of Paris. There are 2 underground stations within less than 10 minutes on foot. Porte Maillot station on the line 1 is 7 minutes on foot from the apartment. This line 1 directly and quickly leads you to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysées, the Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries and the Louvre Museum. In addition, the apartment is also 5 minutes on foot from the underground stations of Louise Michel and Porte de Champerret on the line 3. Thanks to line 3, you can quickly reach Gare Saint-Lazare which is a true centre that gives you the opportunity to go everywhere in Paris. In addition, you can easily use the Parisian taxis and call them with your mobile phone. The greatest company is called G7. There is another company called Les Taxis Bleus. Generally, you do not wait more than 10 minutes between your call and the arrival of the taxi. Besides, we provide you with a private parking in the basement of the building if you have a car. Upon arrival, you will find all the basic products in the apartment: soap, shampoo, cleaning products and basic food products such as sugar, salt, oil and coffee. We kindly ask you to replace what you use. Upon arrival, our representative will give you an inventory document listing everything significant. You will also have to sign the inventory document upon departure. If something is damaged during your stay, it will be noted down. Rules: we ask you to be reasonable. Do not bother the neighbours by making noise in the lift, in the hall, inside the apartment or on the terraces and balconies. We ask you to signal any damage to our representative during your stay as well as any defect regarding the apartment or its equipment. We remember you that we provide sheets, towels and pillowcases and that we take care of the final cleaning. However, you must do the daily cleaning.
