De nueva construcción, a solo dos cuadras al este de Forsyth Park, esta casa adosada de tres habitaciones cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas deseables para una estancia cómoda.

Junto a la calle East Hall Street, empedrada con adoquines, 320 East se encuentra entre una hilera de casas adosadas de nueva construcción. Después de estacionar su vehículo de forma segura y hacia la parte posterior, los huéspedes ingresan a la sala de estar abierta. Con amplios asientos para toda la familia y una televisión inteligente, la sala de estar es el lugar ideal para pasar el día.

Más allá de la sala de estar, una cocina de planta abierta con un comedor formal adjunto. Disfrute de los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y las encimeras de mármol, el telón de fondo perfecto para entretener a amigos y familiares. Elija una comida formal en la mesa de comedor para ocho personas o disfrute de una copa de vino en la isla de la cocina antes de dirigirse a uno de los mejores restaurantes de Savannah.

Arriba, encontrarás los tres dormitorios. El primero es el dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño en suite. Los huéspedes disfrutarán del largo lavamanos doble con ducha a ras de suelo adyacente, todo en forma con pisos de baldosas de mármol y accesorios de iluminación modernos.

Kitchen / dining area was very spacious and well-appointed. The gated parking area was also a big plus. It’s super convenient to Forsyth Park and some restaurants, although most of our dinners were at least a 20 minute walk. Everything in the home was very clean, the communication and check in from the host was clear and on-point, and overall our stay was very pleasant. If you’ve got 4-6 people and want a comfortable stay in Savannah, this spot will definitely fit the bill.

We came for a girls’ weekend and felt very safe the entire time. The house was clean, well-maintained, and super cute. The private gated parking made unloading and coming and going really easy. It’s about a mile walk to River Street, so we ended up using Uber quite a bit, but overall it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back.

The home is beautiful. Clean, well-stocked and really comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. Easy walking distance to Forsyth Park.

We had a great stay in Savannah! The home was very clean and the location couldn't be beat. The home guide was also a plethora of information on local restaurants and sites. Beds were comfortable and the home had a nice amount of space. If you're looking to use both bunks, I would recommend first messaging the host to see if a back railing has been added to the second top bunk. The bed was a few feet away from the wall and completely unusable due to the safety hazard of the missing railing. I'd be concerned to sleep up there as an adult and certainly was not comfortable with my kids sleeping up there.The other callout is that the home wasn't stocked with many of the staples that you'd typically see in a VRBO (e.g., cooking oil, spices outside of salt and pepper, Kleenex, extra paper towels, a drying rack, kitchen knives other than steak knives, more than one dishtowel etc.) We initially weren't even given enough garbage bags or dishwasher pods for our stay, though the host did drop additional off when we requested them. While many homes go above and beyond with welcome baskets of snacks and treats, we would have at least appreciated more of the basics. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again with the above tweaks.

Sorry about the top bunk railing — thanks for flagging that safety issue. We’ll inspect that bunk and add a back railing or other safety measure so it’s usable and safe. Also sorry the pantry and supplies were lighter than expected. We appreciate the note and are restocking basics (cooking oil and a few more spices, Kleenex, extra paper towels, a drying rack, proper kitchen knives, extra dish towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods). Beautiful Place!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the nights leading up to my wedding and it was the perfect space for us. The bunkbeds were so useful! The main living space and master bedroom were perfect for the morning of the wedding photos. Perfect location! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

Fantastic location and house

This property was perfect for our family of three to enjoy Savannah. It is wonderfully located in the historic district and right across from Kroger. The property was clean and the rental company Lucky was excellent to work with. The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture in the living room. It is quite worn and not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great location, within walking distance to several sites! House was lovely and the beds were comfortable! Check in process was lovely. I was updated daily by the rental company if something was wrong. Great communication.

Location was in a great neighborhood. Near SCAD and Forsyth Park. Kroger across the street. Bonus was a Mate / coffee shop on the corner. New construction with old style feel. Hardwood floors, great high ceilings and modern full size baths and kitchen. Off street private parking too.

Extended Family Getaway

I rented this Savannah property for a holiday weekend for my four children and my inlaws. The property was gorgeous and exactly as described. The park is walking distance for little ones and the historic waterfront is an easy walk for adults or a 5 min uber ride.One thing I did not consider because I live in a single story home is a baby gate for the stairs. Our toddler is fast and sneaky and took a tumble down them on our last day. So for kids under 5 or ones not used to stairs- that is a consideration.Otherwise 100% would recommend to others and would stay again!
