This is a wonderfully large 3 bedroom condo with a penthouse floorplan that works great for groups that want to spread out. And That VIEW!! From the 14th floor you can see the lacy off-shore islands as a fringe at the Gulf's horizon. It is so beautiful! And YES, we agree that it IS a great place! We hope you return with your family next year!

So glad you enjoyed your visit. It has a new floor and there is no reason for it to have been dirty. For that I apologize. Please, please next time if there is an issue, please let us know. Housekeeping stands behind every cleaning and I never want one of my guests to have to deal with something wrong. I hope the beauty of the condo and the beach and Gulf view overcame the discrepancy with the floor.

Lisa, that is a fabulous view from the 13th floor. I have had guests tell me they never turned on their TV—they just sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins and pelicans! Thank you for loving our condo! The view is tremendous, isn’t it?! Beach Boulevard travels from California to Jacksonville, Florida, and we believe we have the most beautiful stretch with the sugar-white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico on one side, and magnificent live oaks bordering the north side. It isn’t called “The Scenic Drive” for no reason. Right?? We hope you were able to enjoy the gorgeousness that is the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!! Nancy, Nicki, and Charlotte

Oh, Elaine! In all of our mailings to you we tell you that we do provide complimentary items for your arrival and your convenience. We do remind you to bring what you will need beyond that. Most guests throw in a few items from home, or purchase what they want when they make their initial run to the store for vacation food and drinks. I am sorry you overlooked that in all your correspondence from us. Did you enjoy the pools, hot tub, the sugar white beach, the great view from the 13th floor penthouse balcony? I have had guests tell me they never even turned on the television, they just spent their time watching the beautiful view from the balcony and watching the gorgeous moonrise and sunsets!
