SIE903: Gulf-View 2BR/2BA + Pools & Jacuzzi

Two-bedroom, two bath condo overlooking the Gulf, located in Gulfport Mississippi. Very nicely furnished with fabulous views of the sunrises! There is a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The sectional sofa makes into a queen bed and there is a chair in the laundry room that makes into a small twin bed for a child. We have a large Flat screen TV in the living room and smaller flat screens in the master and second bedroom. Enjoy the huge zero entry outdoor pool or relax in the indoor pool or jacuzzi. Sienna also offers a well equipped fitness center. The complex is gated and enjoys onsite security.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
