This is the formula for the 24 clud del mar apartment in calle la graciosa n / 4 in Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote to offer its facilities for the coming months in a recipe for a mixture of leisure and work with a new concept of installation.


Cosy duplex with two terraces overlooking the sea, in a place in central location and with all the amenities of: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.(200m from beaches and avenue maritima, 5km from the airport, 2km from the sports marina, 2km from the golf course and a step away from the Fariones sports center, the Biosfera shopping center and Maritime Avenue of Puerto del Carmen) in a quiet and safe residential complex.
The apartment has two floors with two stunning terraces
Acogedor duplex con dos terrazas con vistas al mar, en un lugar a corta distancia y con todas las comodidades de : restaurantes supermercados, farmacias etc..Lo mejor de la propiedad es la situación de fácil acceso a los distintos sitios (a 200m de playas y avenida maritima, a 5km del aeropuerto, a 2km del muelle deportivo, 2km del campo de golf y a un paso del centro deportivo Fariones , al centro comercial LA Biosfera y Avenida marítima de Puerto del Carmen) en un complejo residencial tranquilo y seguro.
El apartamento, en la primera planta: cocina equipada y amplio salón.
En la planta baja: terraza a pie de jardines, solarium y piscina .-Consta de un dormitorio principal con dos camas individuales de 2*2que la hace en su total muy amplia y comoda, un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Dos baños (plato de ducha, bañera, secador de pelo y lavadora)Tenemos hamacas y sillas con su mesas en balcón y terraza.

Nice apartment in good location. Good balcony and patio. A welcome pack with condiments and a instruction manual giving where to put the bins etc.would have been good but on the whole we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time with family

This was a perfect 2 bedroom duplex in the heart of all Lanzarote. Everything close by, beach, shops, restaurants all a short distance away. Apartment was clean and tidy with all amenities including. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location

Apartment large and equipped well. In quiet spot yet still close to both Old town harbour area and to the new town, Maria met us there on time to let us in and let us use the apartment on the last day until we needed to go to the airport which was a great help and meant we could make the most of the last day. We have stayed in the resort lots of times and this is one of the best locations. Would recommend.

Nice apartment in good location

Clean and well furnished apartment. Two bathrooms which was good. Very good location a few minutes walk from the beach, the old town and start of the strip. The host Maria was very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions. Thank you

Very clean actually spotless. Maria was excellent for checking in and out and anything in between. Kitchen crockery,pans and glasses are the only thing I’d say need updating in apartment we like to eat in a night or two and crockery and glasses where only thing in entire place we found fault with. Location is excellent would definitely recommend this apartment

Great location!

A lovely size apartment in a great location, only minutes walk from the promenade and old harbour. The apartment could do with some TLC and modernisation. When we were there it was in the 30's during the day and mid to high 20's at night. The apartment was extremely hot, but the ceiling fans and 2 other fans were insufficient to cool the apartment down. The balcony and garden area for the apartment had sun all day and very private, with a nice outlook to the sea. The pool area was nice for a dip to cool down, providing some sun beds to use free of charge. The pool was never over busy and the water temperature was lovely.

3 week January sunshine

Large and airy, with kitchen and large sitting room upstairs (on the level that you enter from the road) and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Balcony opens out from sitting room and a patio area downstairs opens from the main bedroom. This leads out towards the pool. Plenty of hot water in both bathrooms. Only 2 of us so no problem, but not much cutlery if there were 4 or 6 people staying. Very good vantage point for exploring with a bus stop just around the corner. The beach, gift shops and bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Maria gave good arrival details and allowed us to enter the property early due to a morning flight from the UK. Would recommend .

Somewhat disappointed.

Poor communiction regarding the pool closure in the complex. Should have been informed before arrival and not the day after. Alternative was found but outside the complex, although nice enough was not what was booked and agreed on. The apartment although wonderful location and spacious and has lots of positives is very tired looking and could really do with modernising and upgrading. Simple things would also be appreciated. A bottle off water in the fridge on arrival, bin liners in the bin , plates without chips on them. Sunbeds that didnt collapse when used. Disappointing to say i wouldnt return as this apartment could be excellent with a little more TLC.

Estupendo apartamento

Estupendo apartamento, muy amplio con dos terrazas con vistas a la urbanización y al mar. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de los centros comerciales pero muy tranquilo.

Very nice accomondation

We stayed here for 2 weeks with 3 adults and 1 child (9years). It is a very nice accomondation. You have a wonderful look over the sea from the patio above. It is very quiet. And it is situated very central. You can reach the beach, a shopping centre, the center of Puerto de Carmen wit a lot of shopping possibilitys and restaurants and the bus station only in a few minutes ! The appartement is very clean an big ! I would recommend this appartement !

Lovely week.

María kept in touch over the week to make sure everything was okay. Nice flat. Decor is slightly older but pretty. Shower was good and hot water all day. Kitchen provides for basic cooking (pots, pans, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer) You need to provide all the basics (coffee,tea, milk etc on arrival) A short walk to the harbour for bars and restaurants. The other direction takes you along the beachfront and many eateries, shops etc. Biosphere shopping centre up the hill for McD’s if you want it and designer shops. Ideally situated between old and new and it’s a quiet complex if you want peace. Recommended!

Spacious 2 Bedroom Holiday Apartment

This apartment is a very spacious 2 bedroom holiday apartment suitable for 4 people with 2 bathrooms/showers but could sleep 6 with the pull out couch. South facing balcony with sea views. short walk to either playa grande or playa chica. The residence has a small pool who prefer that. The wifi was lightning fast ~100Mb upload/download. I teleworked for the week and had no problem conducting Teams meetings. It was good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Rundum schön

Wir waren von diesem Appartement begeistert. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden,was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwartet. Die Kommunikation war familiär und freundlich. Die Lage war perfekt,nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und Strandstrasse. Nur ist due Dusche leider sehr eng,das wäre aber das Einzige,was zu bemängeln wäre. Wir haben aber schon in Erwägung gezogen wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank Maria!

Relaxing holiday

Great location! Unfortunately the heating boiler in the kitchen flooded the kitchen and was near flowing down the stairs. Had 2 spend almost 24 hours without hot water but everything was sorted to our satisfaction the next morning Would have appreciated towels for the shower and beach ⛱ not to have been so tired looking and feeling. That can be easily remedied. For those of us who are a 'little ' older the hammock style sunbeds were not easy to get onto and off!

Amazing location

Great property spotlessly clean. So much space. Rooms are huge. We were only 2 but this place would easily accommodate 6. Highly recommend. Best position on the Island for everything. Would definitely book again.
