Dúplex frente al mar recién remodelado en excelente ubicación. 3 dormitorios, 2 y 1/2 baños. Aproximadamente 2200 pies cuadrados. Gran patio frontal en el paseo marítimo con asientos cómodos para 10 personas, gran terraza en la azotea con construido en barbacoa, nevera, comedor, TV, altavoces al aire libre, vistas de la puesta de sol sobre el océano y vistas de Newport Bay. 2 dormitorios tienen camas king size, y el tercero tiene una cama queen más una litera con nido. Ubicación muy familiar. Camina hacia la "Zona de diversión" donde puedes montar la rueda de ferris y disfrutar de la sala de juegos. Camina hasta el ferry que te lleva a la Isla Balboa. A un corto paseo del muelle de Balboa con Ruby's Diner al final. Casa abierta y espaciosa recién remodelada, diseñada para brindar comodidad y pasar tiempo de calidad con amigos y familiares. Cocina completamente equipada. Juegos de mesa y rompecabezas. Sillas de playa, toallas de playa, juegos de arena y sombrillas para su uso. Home está en el paseo marítimo, donde puedes andar en bicicleta por millas a lo largo de la playa. Alquileres de restaurantes, farmacias, mercados y bicicletas y embarcaciones acuáticas a pocas cuadras de la casa. Ideal para dos familias para disfrutar juntos, o una familia y abuelos. También se organizó bien para un grupo de parejas o un fin de semana para niñas.

It’s hard to put into words what this trip meant to our family. Jessica was truly the most communicative and compassionate host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need.From the perfect location to the incredible rooftop with gorgeous beach views, every moment of our weekend was relaxing and memorable. We loved spending cozy nights by the fire and truly felt at home.We couldn’t recommend this stay more — it was everything we hoped for and more!

The house was even better than we expected! Location was perfect. The rooftop was amazing. We loved cooking out and chilling on the deck, riding bikes every day, enjoying the stunning sunsets .. it was all that we needed and more! One of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. The house was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Rooftop BBQ and seating area was great with fantastic views of the bay on one side and the pier and ocean on the other. Beach access is practically on the sand. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would stay again!

Nice property with amazing views! We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this house right on the beach. The beach and surrounding area gets a little busy on the weekends, so prepare for lots of traffic if you need to leave the house. Can't beat hearing the waves crash from the comfort of the living room!

Great Property / Great Location!We had an amazing time! This property offers the perfect beach location on the boardwalk. It is within walking distance to Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone and the Balboa Island Ferry. The unit is clean, well-equipped with everything you need. Jessica is an incredible host; she is a great communicator and was always responsive to our questions. Easy check-in and checkout. Thanks for a great stay, Jessica! A Five Star property!!

My family lives local but decided to rent a beach house for a few days to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. BEST DECISION EVER!! We felt as if we were on vacation. Not only was staying on the beach amazing, but the location was walking distance to everything we needed to make our time special. The home is walking distance to Ruby’s Diner where we got 8 am milkshakes with the kids, walking distance to the Balboa Fun Zone and the ferry. It was truly the best staycation! Jessica’s home came with everything we needed to feel at home. I would stay again 100%!

Beautiful Comfortable House

Absolutely loved this property. There were 8 of us and quite a bit of room for everyone. Ages 16 through 86. Shops, restaurants and pier within walking distance. Jessica was the perfect host.

It is an incredible property, was everything and more that we expected. Was our first time to Newport Beach, Jessica was very helpful suggesting places to go and great restaurants. The home is equipped with anything and everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our plans included a day at Disneyland which was a convenient 20 minutes drive away.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our family. Perfect location and easy to bike to almost any place on the peninsula. Super close to the ferry too for a bike / ferry ride to Balboa Island. The views are incredible. Jessica is very engaged and easy to contact - it's obvious she wants her guests to enjoy their time at her rental. We would absolutely book this house again.

A stunning oceanfront escape

Our stay was incredible! Jessica was an excellent communicator—I knew exactly what to expect before arriving, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The property itself is stunning, with a perfect location. We especially loved the rooftop deck and outdoor patio, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having enough bikes for all seven of us was a fantastic bonus! The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Having previously lived in the area, it was so special to be back, and staying in this beautiful home made it even more memorable.

At the beach

We absolutely love this place, especially the views of bay and ocean from the well-equipped rooftop deck. The house is very comfortable and situated right on the beach-front walk. We had a fun time with the bikes and other equipment provided. Couldn't have been a nicer vacation.

My husband and I both spent our childhoods near this beach, and actually started dating when I was living near by on Balboa Island. This area is magical to us, and we are so excited to own our first property here. We fell in love with the location. There is so much to do! It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Perfect for a Girlfriends' Getaway, perfect for a bunch of couples, and perfect for families.

This property is close to so many attractions, and at the same time, it's removed enough that you'll be able to enjoy quiet time to read or just enjoy the view. You can get to all the action without being immersed in it all the time. It's a great area to walk or bike to so many activities. The sand is right out front, and the garage is stocked with bikes (around 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes!), 3 paddle boards, boogie boards, corn hole, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas - and more!.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home has been remodeled with comfort and entertaining in mind. Our goal was to create a space where friends and family could really enjoy time together, whether on the roof top deck BBQing, or the front patio watching the activity on the board walk out front. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including around eight adult bikes, as well as kids bikes. There are also paddle boards, beach, chairs, boogie boards, and everything you need for the sand. We have board games, puzzles and books for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen has all the basics for feeling like you are at home.
