Huge master suite w/gorgeous bathroom with granite countertops, large shower & garden tub. Four bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The basement features a large rec room and 1 large bedroom.
Located in Briargate in the North part of Colorado Springs. Only minutes away from the Air Force Academy, parks, newly constructed park with splash pad, and the Briargate Promenade shops. Not to mention, only 20 minutes away from the Olympic Training Center and Garden of the Gods. Perfect location for Air Force Graduation and Air Force family days.

Large Comfortable House close to the Air Force Academy

We rented this house for the Air Force vs Navy game. There was 6 adults and 5 children in our party. We felt very much at home and comfortable in this house. It had everything that we needed including games and a trampoline for the kids. We were easily able to cook all of our meals here and there were plenty of bathrooms so everyone could get ready with ease. There was great communication with the owners and check in and check out were seamless. The property is located in a quite neighborhood close to everything including I-25, the supermarket, and the AFA. We will certainly consider this house again for AF vs Army next year.

Great location for family get together

We were in town for Thanksgiving and a wedding. The house was the perfect size for 4 couples and 4 children. Lots of room in the basement and the trampoline was a hit for the kids. The house is located very close to grocery stores and other shopping. Great neighborhood! The owners were very accommodating to our needs, much appreciated.
