Relax in this bright & well-appointed 2nd row beach retreat where you are only 1 minute to the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from your deck without paying the waterfront rate.
Watch the stunning sunrise & sunset while having your favorite cocktails.
4 bedrooms, 3 baths + an outdoor shower.
Comfortably sleeps 8. Plenty of room to spread out.
2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths, 1 queen bedroom & 2 twin beds.
You have 2 entrances.
Take the main entrance through the left side deck. It will take you directly to 3 of 4 bedrooms to drop off your luggage. There are 2 twin beds in the 1st bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and the primary king bedroom with an ensuite bath with your private deck.
The hallway bathroom shared by the queen & 2-twin beds room, washer & dryer are all in this level.
The 2nd king bedroom with an ensuite bath, living room, dining room & a well-equipped kitchen are in the top floor.
There is a 2nd refrigerator for your extra drinks & food provision in the ground level through the carport entrance.
There is a ceiling fan, TV/streaming and DVD player in every bedroom.
All 4 bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night sleep.
The living & dining rooms are bright & airy with plenty of seating, a 55" flat screen TV with blue ray player.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, white cabinets & stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a variety of small appliances including a 2-in-1 twelve-cup brewer & a Keurig single serve coffeemaker, a blender, a slow cooker to start your meal while you're out enjoying the sun & sea.
There's an assortment of spices & condiments for your home-cooked meals.
High speed internet & cable TV with streaming throughout.
2 beach accesses are located right across the street approximately 50 steps away.
Beach chairs, a beach cart & beach toys are available for your use.
An outdoor shower for rinsing yourself & the pup.
There is a volleyball court, corn hole set, a large gas grill & a picnic table.
We don't guarantee gas for the grill but cylinder available for exchange if needed.
Coffee pods, toilet paper & paper towel are provided to get you through the beginning of your stay but not provided for the entire length of your stay.
Indoor entertainment includes a DVD library, games & books.
The house is in a quiet residential area, yet less than 3 miles to town.
Emerald Isle is bike friendly with a path that runs the length of the island.
The house is conveniently located near highly-rated restaurants, two supermarkets, shops, a public boat ramp & Bogue Inlet Pier.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE or illegal drug use on property.
OCCUPANCY IS FOR 8 PEOPLE MAX. An additional $150 will be charged for each unauthorized guest per night or will result in immediate eviction without refunds.
We are dog friendly. A vacuum cleaner & a broom are provided for your convenience for dog hair clean up.
2 dogs maximum stay for free. Insurance liability restricts the following breeds of dog: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf hybrids & other aggressive breeds.
Sorry, strictly NO CATS. We have severe allergy to cats.
All towels & sheets are included in your stay with no extra charge.
Beds are already made when you arrive.
WE DO NOT RENT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS, FRATERNITY & THE LIKE.
MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OLD.
Our Property Manager lives close by. She's able to assist you quickly with any concerns or issues.

The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining, which made meals at home convenient and enjoyable.The home was spotless upon arrival, and we especially appreciated the private porches off both the bedroom and the living area—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Very nice house. Very comfortably furnished and thoughtfully supplied. The owners have obviously thought carefully about what vacationers will want while staying there. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Morning and evenings on the top deck are wonderful.

Had a very enjoyable time in Emerald Isle. We had guests in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and this was an economical luxury alternative to us paying for 4 hotel rooms. Highly recommend Mary Ann and Scott.

After living in San Francisco, Florida and Guam (all Coast Guard moves), we set up roots in Western Loudoun, VA near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We've been enjoying Western Loudoun's rolling countryside that boasts of wineries, horse farms and historic estates for over 17 years. Having a place at the beach is a blessing & a welcome change of scenery.
We've visited many beaches. Emerald Isle is one of the nicest with 12 miles of pristine shoreline. It has a small town feel yet has many activities to enjoy - fishing, kayaking, surfing, swimming, kite flying, paddle boarding, golf in nearby towns & many more.
We'd like to share Emerald Isle's little island charm with you.
