Family & Dog Friendly Oceanfront

'Carolina Dawn' is a comfortably furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (East side). Just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, this is one of the most family friendly beaches in the Southeast. This lovely home sleeps 11 people and is equipped with free wifi and cable tv. There are 2 oceanfront primary suites with king-sized beds, bathrooms and private decks. A third oceanfront room has a queen-sized bed and oceanfront deck. The two other rooms offer views of the sound. One has a queen sized bed. The other has a full sized bed and a twin bed - perfect for kids. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and offers a great view of the ocean as you cook. The dining room table seats 8 and the oversized bar seats 4. There's a charcoal grill along with an assortment of boogie boards, sand toys and more. A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water and a hand-held shower head) make clean-up easy. Up to two well-behaved dogs (depending on size, breed) are welcome with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Other amenities include flat screen "smart" TVs, DVD players.

Amazing!

The rental was very clean and well taken care of. The location was great and the house was even more beautiful in person!! It also had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was top notch & went such a long way for us - always timely, easy access, and just all around wonderful customer service. We would absolutely rent here again and hope too in the future!!!

Comfortable & Serene Ocean Front Property

My husband, our teenaged goddaughter and our 2 year old dog spent a long weekend in Emerald Isle in late April. The house’s ocean front location was ideal for our small group. The house had lots of room for the three of us to spread out. The top floor suite was ideal for our teenaged goddaughter because she was able to stay up as long as she liked watching her Tik Tok videos without disturbing the adults. The main level with its open kitchen/dining/living area was ideal for our communal meals and socializing. Our dog enjoyed the fact that we had easy access to the beach where she could sniff and frolic (on leash, of course) in the surf any time she wanted. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located within a couple of miles of a grocery store, a seafood market and several restaurants. Amy, the host, was very proactive and responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, on the beach and the owner responded in seconds on some questions. Plenty of room for our group of 6 and still had bedrooms leftover! I strongly recommend this home for your vacation!

Great gathering place for family birthday celebration and mini-reunion.

This property fit our needs perfectly. We had 8 stay with us, from age 18-83 (three generations). The rest of our family met us at a restaurant for a celebratory luncheon to honor five family birthdays in March. We would love to stay here again.
