They’re not kidding when they say this house is on the beach! Perfect little spot to celebrate our anniversary. They have everything you need. Ocean Beach is a cute surf town and it’s well positioned to visit other areas around San Diego.

We loved staying here! Perfect little beach bungalow, literally right in the sand, so peaceful, ideal spot to catch the sunset every night, and walkable to all the Ocean Beach things. Will definitely book again!

Great communication from the host, knew exactly what to expect, and cottage was as described. Perfect location, right on the sand, close to restaurants and shops with everything being walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!!

Quaint cottage in a perfect location! The side yard was a nice bonus, and the beach was a step away. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was easy and seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Abe was extremely communicative and provided detailed valuable information about the property to make it a seamless process throughout my stay.Place was absolutely perfect right on the beach. It’s as close to heaven as you’re gonna get.

This was a new place for us, and to be honest we were a little nervous. However, the host is quite kind and generous and cares about his guests, the place looks just as it’s portrayed in the pictures, and never have I ever stayed where I can step into the beach sand from the front door. If you’re unsure if this spot is worth it just book it you won’t be disappointed.

The property was clean, tidy & private, even though it's literally on the beach. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. The cottage had everything we were looking for during our short stay and the location was amazing. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

We had the best time as a family of four! We loved being able to step right out on the beach and loved having a little back yard for the kids to play. The house had everything we needed. We will be back!

All around unbelievable please to stay. Not enough space to wrote all the amazing amenities but ill highlight the best ones. Literally on the beach. Store seconds away. Laundry and supplies on site. Garage to park in. Air conditioning. You can literally sit in the living room and watch several volleyball tournaments thru out the day. The hosts are incredibly accommodating friendly and always available. Very friendly and feels like home evem if we are all the way across country. Can't thankyou enough for sharing this little piece of heaven with our family!

Nothing but great comments to make abour Abe!! 10 stars! The location on the beach, close by everything - 10 stars! The access to a garage for our rental - 10 stars! Thumbs uo for the washer & dryer. But the cottage is old & shows it. Doors and windows leave gaps that allow in uninvited guests. Now we only had housefly type visitors but ...Abe worked with me to keep this a surprise for my wife. She was expecting a hotel environment, setting, etc. Perhaps the mental switch to this cottage was too much to expect. (I promised her salt water, I never said it was in a pool!)The unit is clean, the garage filled with beach things for the whole family to enjoy. I think the cottage could have been represented a bit more fully in the description.

Exactly what was advertised. It’s an older cottage but that’s the charm. Open the window and doors and listen to the ocean.

Loved this house on the beach! A short walk to great bars and restaurants. The heaters were perfect for cold nights and there were tons of blankets in the closets. We had one issue and someone came to help us within 15 minutes! So kind!
