We really enjoyed our stay. Beach service were a plus , there were extra chairs in the condo, and a few beach toys as well. The place was clean, close to the beach, not too far from the grocery. I would stay here again.

Excellent condo for our family! Beach access was awes. We will be returning next year!

The property was very clean and had all the amenities to make our family vacation a hit. We highly recommend staying here. Had gorgeous views and was very spacious.

Great Stay!

My family had a great stay in Audrey’s condo. The location was wonderful, the place was very clean with a pretty ocean view, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Spent some great quality time with family. Location was perfect, p lot was clean, easy access to beach, condo itself was clean n cozy w great view of the beach area.

Great location/ not overcrowded

Property was very nice. Upgraded and beautiful decor. Hot water wasn’t very hot and cleaning crew could have been better but all in all very good experience.

Pictures of property were very accurate. Short walk to the beach was a breeze. Loud music was allowed to be played late into the night, that was my only complaint. It might not have been the property's fault, it could have been the nearby condo, but it was extremely loud and hard to fall asleep on last nigh, BUT, doesn't take away from an excellent stay!

Furniture is typical some new, some tired. Beds were good. No bugs. Service from management company outstanding. We had two problems during our stay. Ceiling fan in bedroom died and was replaced next day. Microwave also quit working on the weekend and was replaced next working day. Top notch response. Overall very good time staying here. Walking distance to coffee shops/bars/restaurants and of course the beach. Dog friendly and our dogs loved being out on the balcony too.

Was everything and more than we expected. Clboney is always our choice to stay in Merimar Beach. Great clean spacious condo wi th cooking utensils. Just bring your favorite spices. Easy check in process, safe area, beach was a 2 min walk across the street. We had an amazing view of the beach and gulf from the large patio deck. We will be back next year.

Last Minute Booking

It was convenient to the beach & a few stores, even an ice cream shop. My only concern was the cleanliness, sofa pull-out bed didn't look clean & few spots on the bed but overall great stay. I would definitely book here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was everything we needed and the location couldn’t be beat. Door to condo was located right off elevator and stairs and there were carts to bring your luggage up. Everything you needed was in the room, except beach towels and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to dining, shopping and the beach. Property mgmt was very responsive when contacted. I’d highly recommend and if we need to stay again, I will look for this property.

Third Bedroom isn't a bedroom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and well decorated. Elevators were broken most of the time. Making it pretty difficult on my 73 year old mother. And the bunk room is a closet not a bedroom. Can't get dressed in there or anything. Its a closet.

Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay how ever if you have a pet that barks excessive or aggressively even though it’s pet friendly you will get a note on your door. I got a note saying if my dog didn’t stop barking they will call the authority and will pay a $200.00 fine mind you they had other dogs there barking also. That note on my door I wasn’t happy about it. It was my dogs first day getting settled after he was fine. To me that is not pet friendly. I have a Maltese dog he will bark if he hears noises ect like other dogs. I think it was someone that lives there that left the note. I will let my pet stay with someone or bring him to his vet for boarding next time. That was the only bad experience about this place. We had amazing weather and walking distance to the beach was great.

Very nice place great location.

We had a wonderful time in the condo and on the beach. The locations was Perfect.

Great place and Wonderful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on this trip! The place was wonderful, the view from our room and location were amazing! We definitely will be back again soon!

It is a great location with a short walk to the beach and a wonderful view of the beach !
