Très agréable séjour

Une maison au calme et bien située, petit plus sur la terrasse et la piscine bien agréable. Le seul bémol : ça serait sympa de faire quelques petits investissements comme une épuisette pour la piscine ou un aspirateur ou encore le nécessaire pour pouvoir faire le ménage correctement ! Mais sinon super séjour nous sommes très contents de nos vacances

Petite maisonnette bien placée avec l’équipement nécessaire. Nous sommes tombés sur la semaine la plus chaude l’investissement dans un ventilateur ou climatisation ne serait pas du luxe 😌

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus und der Garten sind ungepflegt übergeben worden. Alles scheint nicht regelmäßig durch den Eigentümer kontrolliert zu werden. Hecken nicht geschnitten, das Unkraut droht den Zugang zum Haus zu überwuchern und hat sich mittlerweile auch in Richtung Gehweg ausgebreitet, Mikrowelle und Grill wegen Drecks von Vorgängern nicht zu benutzen, die Kaffeekanne der Kaffeemaschine haben wir selbst erst reinigen müssen. Auch die Zimmer und Böden und Terrasse nebst Gartenmöbeln waren vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt - vielleicht Wochen davor oder in der letzten Saison? Insgesamt entsprach eigentlich nicht viel dem Eindruck, der durch die Bilder vermittelt wird.

Maison bien agencer et aménagée. Maison assez propre ( sauf vaisselle et lave-vaisselle qui nettoie mal, vaisselle tout poussiéreuse) Extérieur très agréable, terrasse plus coin détente pratiquement sans vis-a-vis avec un préau pour la table a l'extérieur. Chambres propre et suffisamment de rangement. Salle de bain et toilette propre et neuve mais on a eu un problème d'évacuation de la douche. Beaucoup de choses a faire sur la region et village très calme. Location a refaire sans hésitation.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons affaire à un très bon pavillon. Tout est à notre disposition! Cependant, le seul détail manquant est la climatisation ou des ventilateurs car en période estivale, il est difficile de dormir la nuit au vu de la chaleur. En conséquence, si j’ai la possibilité de prendre cette maison en location saisonnière l’année prochaine, je le ferai.

Nice Home with a few issues

The house itself is beautiful! It's small and perfect for two to four people. Theoretically, there is a place for six people. However, there are only two bedrooms: One with a one bed for two and one with two seperated beds. When you book this house with six people, two have to sleep in the livingroom on the couch. The Object was clean and cleaning devices where there if you need them. However, we had the biggest criticism with the swimming pool! It was dirty as hell, full of sand and - if you have a minor amount of patience - you could watch the verdigris grow on the pool wall. We tried to clean it the first two or three days, without any success. Result was we paid for the pool we couldn't use. However, the rest of the small garden and the terrace was nice and clean. The Furnishing is good, everything you need is there. The fridge has a small seperated compartmend working as a freezer. The second criticism we have is, that there wasn't an oven although it was listed in the discription of the object! There isn't any possibility to make e.g. pizza, french fries etc. . The bathroom is nice and clean; very modern. The Toilet is seperated in another dedicated room. The last criticism we have to bring up is the quality of the drinking water. After a week or so we weren't able to use the water from the kitchen any longer, because it was smelling and tasting like chlorine. We researched that it's quite normal down there to be fair, however it was like saturated and after the one week everytime we used it for cooking or drinking we got nearly terrible stomach ache. The service was nice, quick and without problems. For all the people who don't speak french, bring yourselve an offline translater, because the contact only speaks french - neither english nor german - and the internet is very bad; wifi was not available. The rest was as described in the ad. All in all, we had a good time there. The issues were there but not so bad we had to cancel the trip and the man who gives you the keys was very kind and answered every question we had. Although we were happy there, we won't come back due to the listed issues. To pay for a pool which is dirty and unusable is not acceptable.

Tout était très bien, situation géographique parfaite pour aller soit à la mer soit en montagne, maison bien équipée, terrasse à l abri des regards, mais voisins très proches. Avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Le gite est très bien situé et bien équipé. Ce qui est dommage c'est que l'entretien extérieur n'ait pas été fait avant notre arrivée (herbes hautes près de la porte d'entrée).

Vacances au top !

Maison très accueillante où l'on se sent comme chez soi tout de suite ! Rien ne manque et la piscine... quel plaisir ! Les enfants se sont éclatés et nous aussi ! On trouve tout à portée de main et la région est magnifique ! La plage, la montagne... tout y est ! Je conseille vivement !

Vacances d'octobre

1 semaine prise fin octobre, le soleil et le calme, quartier résidentiel au milieu des arbres, un parc arboré à côté pour les enfants. Piscine non utilisé car hivernage. Sinon maison spacieuse deux chambres à la literie très confortable. Canapé, électro-ménagés et vaisselles quasi neuf. Manque juste un plafonnier au centre de la pièce à vivre pour plus de lumière hors saison d'été, un néon à la cuisine ainsi que des chaises d'intérieur pour manger dedans (une table a été mise à disposition suite au précédent commentaire). La lunette des WC mérite aussi d'être changé (fixation abimée) mais rien de très gênant. Vous serez accueillis par une personne habitant proche de la maison, qui sera toujours disponible en cas de soucis ou question. Les propriétaires sont en Belgique, mais eux aussi très disponibles (nombreux échanges de mails avant réservation). Et super emplacement, à 10min à pied le centre ville avec magasin U contact, alimentation, pharmacie, restaurants, des jeux pour enfants, etc. Frontière espagnole à 20min, Gérone à visiter, Barcelone à 1h45 pour les courageux. La mer pas loin, Collioure, la route des cols. La montagne avec Villefranche de Conflent, les grottes des grandes cannelettes, Carcassonne à 1h45. Quelques points à noter : emplacement pour se garer devant la maison, TV écran plat avec la TNT et prise USB, mais pas de wifi dans la maison (la 4G passe pas trop mal si vous avez un smartphone). Bref idéal pour visiter et profiter du soleil hors saison dans une maison où on se sent très vite chez soi. La piscine était alléchante, ce doit être génial l'état avec la terrasse, les chaises longues, la vigne à portée de main...

Vacances au calme

La dame qui nous accueille est agréable et souriante, toujours disponible. La maison est agréable, bien située, le centre-ville est proche. La pièce à vivre est grande, tous les descriptifs sont exacts. Le linge de maison, serviettes fournis Les enfants comme nous ont adoré la piscine :) Il manque une table pour manger à l'intérieur. Nous recommandons cette location. Peut-être à l'année prochaine
