This newly remodeled, private end unit is located just 1/2 miles from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Stunning updates including fresh paint and furniture, updated baths and flooring. This property's lovely, sunny exposure and open layout make #10 Lighthouse the perfect location for your relaxing Sea Pines getaway.

Guests will enjoy many thoughtful features like an open kitchen with an island, a dining table seating 6, wall mounted smart TV's in all rooms, stunning bathroom renovations, along with a convenient first floor half bath. Lovely design choices accent throughout, all new furniture as well as new fans and light fixtures display the lovely vaulted ceilings and openness of the space. Guests can enjoy an expanded patio to take in the amazing serene golf view. Spacious, relaxing and the central Sea Pines location cannot be surpassed.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com. This villa is pet friendly, allowing two pets to join you on vacation. Please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!


As with all of our villas, enjoy the many extras that we offer: a free fitness center pass to a local gym-a huge savings and super convenient! We also provide two free bikes for exploring the beauty of SeaPines, free WIFI and an hour of tennis at South Beach. Just ask for details about these great amenities. The villa is pet friendly, but you'd never know it. Clean, fresh and inviting. Enjoy the ease of check in as we mail your arrival package prior to your stay eliminating the need for stops or waiting in line when you get here. Just park in front and head to the beach!

This rental was clean, comfortable, pet-friendly and well located. We enjoyed the bike trails and the proximity to the beach. Some road construction and landscaping work was taking place during our stay, but that is nothing unusual for off-season properties and it didn’t markedly affect our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Great Location

Nicely located to a lot of places and easy to get to. Beach was short walk on a trail. Coast restaurant is near beach access and is great place. Bikes provided were a great amenity and allowed us to bike to Harbor Town and Lawton stables to feed the horses (BYOC - bring your own carrots). Will stay here again when we return.

Wonderful stay

This place is exactly as pictured and described. It’s in a wonderful and quiet location in Sea Pines, a short walk from the beach. My family and I enjoyed being close to Harbor Town and South Beach. We also liked having bikes included to explore the area. The condo is spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely book this place again.

Across the road from Plantation Club, easy walk to the Beach Club. Villa was very clean, communication was perfect. Like most Lighthouse Road villas interior is a little dated. More attention to kitchen utensils and microwave would push me to a 5 star rating.

Family vacation

We loved this sunny end unit property, it was in a great location close to the beach club where we spent a lot of time and then Harbour Town in the other direction for a whole different experience. Both easily accessible by bikes or walking. In addition the house was so well equipped, we cooked in a lot! Would definitely stay in unit 10 again!!

Graduation Celebration

This was a family vacation to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy golf, walks to the beach and around the island and lots of great restaurants. Everything we needed was provided for a smooth check-in. I had a couple of questions before our stay and Jessica was very prompt in responding. This was a wonderful experience I hope to repeat!

Absolutely love the location have stayed in a few other of these villas… Was not sure what was going on with the trundle they had it nailed shut. One beach chair was broken. The other one was in really rough shape. Not much to complain about our vacation was absolutely beautiful.

Very nice property and great that we could bring a pet. We liked that the property owners provided bikes for us so we could ride on the many bike paths in the area. Great beach within walking distance. Takes about ten minutes because it’s not direct. Area was not crowded since it was September, but the weather was still perfect. Easy to contact rental mgr. We would go there again.

The house is perfectly situated, immaculate and very roomy. Plenty of space for family guests and our Yellow Lab! Great picture windows bring in loads of light, super equipped with loads of sheets and towels etc and a great island kitchen which made breakfasts terrific! Even had special sheets to cover furniture for dog so no guilt with left behind hair! Gracious and updated for a superb visit. Total 10 Strike!!!!

Not within walking distance of the beach

The listing made it look like it was a short walk to the beach. We did not consider it a short walk and by the time you get everything you want to take it’s almost impossible to walk. If you drive, good luck finding a parking place. The house was great but expected it to be closer to the water.
