About this property
4 bedroom 3.5 bath home in a quiet neighborhood walkable to Big House
Thank you for considering our home for your Ann Arbor stay. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with a fully finished basement is situated in the Burns Park neighborhood, a great neighborhood with tree-lined streets, abundant parks, and an easy walkable distance to the Big House and other sports arenas (less than one mile). You can also get downtown or to campus quickly (15-20 minute walk) as we are in a very central location.
The home has four bedrooms (one queen bed, two full beds, and one pull-out twin sofa bed) and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room with seating for >8, a large and comfortable family room, and a half-bathroom. The recently completely finished basement offers additional space with a full-size futon, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. Additionally, there will be access to two drawers in three of the four bedrooms to store clothing, as well as a hanging clothes rack in these rooms; the fourth bedroom will have access to a small closet for hanging clothes. We have shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. in the bathrooms, as well as a hairdryer in each room as well. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen.
The backyard has a stone patio, a comfortable recreational/seating area for >8, and an additional dining area for 7-8 people. As this is our primary home, it is very important that all visitors are respectful of our neighbors, thank you.
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have. As this is a family home, it is only rented for special events, such as football and commencement weekends. We maintain a healthy and extremely clean environment for travelers and our comfort and safety.

Why they chose this property
We vacation with our family and family friends and almost always rent via VRBO to gain more of a neighborhood feeling, be able to cook, etc. We thought that we would rent our home for people interested in traveling to Ann Arbor.
